So far, it has worked, but the Orkin techs still couldn't seem to understand how or where they just appeared. It looks like the problem has been solved but we might need to use them again in the future. The only real drawback is the time it took to get a tech out here to begin with. We called and Orkin couldn't get anyone out here (it was an emergency lol) for a few days- that is not appropriate. Other than that, it was okay.
