They are a little pricey, but do have a maintenance program that charges less overall for regular sprays. So far, it has worked, but the Orkin techs still couldn't seem to understand how or where they just appeared. It looks like the problem has been solved but we might need to use them again in the future. The only real drawback is the time it took to get a tech out here to begin with. We called and Orkin couldn't get anyone out here (it was an emergency lol) for a few days- that is not appropriate. Other than that, it was okay.

The guy who came was really nice, explained everything he was doing, and made sure the animal was removed safely. He even checked for how it got in and sealed it up so it wouldn't happen again. Hired Dexter from Blitz Pest Control on May 24, 2024 to get rid of squirrels that were trying to…read moreget into our attic thru the chimney. He promptly came over with his live trap and said that he will catch the mother squirrel, then that would attract the baby squirrels to follow. He also said that he checks the trap several times a week. He claims he has been here 10 times. I counted 5 at the most, and that was only after calling him to let him know that the animal was in the trap. Today he showed up and asked for more money for each extra squirrel that he catches. Our contract shows we paid him to get rid of the squirrels. When we first hired him I asked how we know that the squirrels that were trying to get in the attic were the ones that went into the trap. He said squirrels are territorial, so don't worry we will catch the ones that were on our roof. I still see another squirrel......... Today he said that it was a one time deal and he was losing money stopping by the house each time we found an animal in the trap. I would NOT recommend using his service.
