He went to great lengths to ensure the data provided was accurate, and presented in a format that would be acceptable to the insurance carrier we were working with. He has a pleasant demeanor, and truly cares about the quality of his work. The policy was approved after having another appraisal from a different appraiser denied by the carrier because the format did not meet the carrier's needs. Best of all Dan's appraisal was considerably more affordable than the first one, which was a major concern to the COA as they were having to pay for a second appraisal, which was not anticipated in their budget.
