Here's the facts: I observed a tech (Steven; likely 250lbs or more) physically assault my kind service advisor violently slapping his hand out of the way while we all stood around the hood of my Mercedes Sprinter Van (on SECOND "service completion") because I noticed that he hid the engine temperature sensor wire under the fuel line housing and was called out to locate it. Steven previously showed aggression via phone a few days prior with my advisor as I was in the Service Advisor office where they all sit. My advisor was powerless against the tech. A few days prior Steven left the fuel lines and fuel rails completely out of the vehicle upon FIRST "service completion" and pick up and was asked to reinstall it...My nice service advisor asked Steven to put the fuel lines and rails back in and he hung up the phone on my advisor. It was days until we reached 2nd service completion for his negligence. I drove out there for nothing to pick up my van. Here's the facts: I initially brought my van in for a stuck $30 engine temperature sensor. Steven removed it. Thanks buddy. I paid $472.51. Not a problem. I thought the job was done until I asked to inspect my van under the hood and noticed fuel rails and fuel lines where missing. I found them in a blue bin inside my van cockpit. This is when my advisor made the call and Steven hung up on him. I was then told that I had to pay to have Steven put the fuel lines and rails back in. Well I didn't request to have them removed. I ended up paying an extra $236.26 to put them back in. They wanted to charge me double that. Had to wait days for him to put them back in probably because I refused to pay $6,402.18 which was a scam at additional money. I believe the tech was was scalding hot because he wanted to charge me $6,402.18 to replace intake manifolds and engine air filter housing. I can report that was a scam because I had my van towed to Auto Zone across the street from my house after the rails got put back in and the AAA driver watched me install a new $30 sensor from Mercedes into the intake manifold and watched me drive away in under 30 minutes...and on Auto Zone Cameras and the guys inside watched me do it. Furthermore, I have paper trail evidence from other shops afterwards that the van has been driving strong and fine and didn't need $6,40218 in repairs. Coolant has not leaked from the intake at all. I've been driving Mercedes since 2001 and know these cars; I'm not dumb and not swiping my credit card for a scam tech in Apopka. I already attempted to contact Wes during this time with no success. The service advisors all are very friendly and professional. I would've came back if Steven didn't show aggression towards my tech and then the scamming behavior. The tech working on your Sprinter should be avoided. Check the 1 star reviews as well. Just had 2 filters changed in RV, fuel, Air! Diagnostic check. Got our speedometer to show mileage after our battery's were changed out at General Rv. Cost 1,100.00. Included in that they charged us 115.00, to check the tire pressure! First time we have ever been charged for air! read more

Giving a Freightliner a 5 star review is unheard of, I know. But my truck has had ABS issues for quite some time. I first took it to Velocity in Fontana (0 star rating) and they replaced one of the wiring harnesses. I continued to have trouble and thankfully, I broke down in Apopka Florida (near Orlando). These techs are the best. They were so backed up due to Hurricane Ian but made every attempt to work through my trucks problems. I thought this was going to be a never-ending-put-me-out-of-business issue, but the electrical guy here is genius and finally fixed it right. I am so grateful for this place I plan on making all my future breakdowns near here if possible! read more

We were here for two days for a clutch issue. Everyone was great but Sara in service was above and beyond great or what her job calls for. She made sure we had a great place to stay even got us an Uber ride to and from the hotels. She checked on the drivers and updated us every hour on the hour and brought everyone water and snacks. I asked Orlando freightliner to donate to a kids charity instead of giving me the $ back they declined & decided to keep the money for a misdiagnosed issue. 1) Gcr Tire on OBT Orlando-quoted me $700 (opposed to the $2,700 Orlando Freightliner charged me) Gcr Tire Fixed my fuel removal for $530 (quoted by Orlando Freightliner $1,266 for same issue) 2) Rush truck Center in Orlando I have been dealing with the Ford department 3) Oil changes Valvoline on Delaney I have Sprinters & F550 Buses gas & diesel. iIt's always bad when you pick up a vehicle with more problems created by the dealer than your vehicle had when you brought the vehicle in with. I brought by Freightliner in for oil changes on the diesel and the transmission and replacement of defective an electrical issue on the dashboard. Batteries were dead when I arrived because they left switches on. They burned out one of the main circuits and refused to fix. They left a body panel door loose which blew off on they highway shortly after leaving the dealership. I spent more money fixing what they broke than what I brought it to repair. I was having an issue starting my semi truck, took it to this place to get fixed and it sat there for 3 weeks before they even looked at it. Called every other day to check on it and was told lies after lies about the time frame for when it was going to be ready. After the third week they call and said it was ready. Went there to pick it up just to find out that it was still having the same issue with starting. I asked to speak to a supervisor and this guy named John came out and said he was the supervisor. He couldn't answer any questions about the truck not getting fixed. He was Clueless about anything and looked completely lost. All he said was I guess I'll have to get it looked at again. Three weeks later my truck still sitting there and they have no idea when are they gonna have it ready. The most disgusting service. They kept the cars for 3 days, did not do anything, and still asked to pay an additional 3 hours of equality, which they did not do. I've had positive experiences here in the past trying to get parts for my 1999 FS65. I guess it just depends what guy in the parts department "helps" you. I got a different guy this week and he was totally unhelpful. He told me my 3126 doesn't have a v-belt driving the water pump. I'm my own mechanic and had just taken the old belt off. Every 3126 and C7's have this belt. Its a very common, yet crucial belt- it drives the water pump. After being told they couldn't find my part without my VIN and engine serial number, I was about to leave. I spotted a manager and asked for help. Parts guy had a better attitude after this but he told me they don't carry this belt. They don't carry the belt that runs the cooling system on 1998 and up Cat medium duty engines? Ended up with an AC Delco belt from an auto parts store. I try to run genuine stuff on my rigs but I guess its parts store stuff or internet ordering for me from now on, but man is that a pain with Cat stuff sometimes. I get the distinct feeling unless they know you or you're a big commercial account this shop don't give a crap about your business. This is sadly pretty common at truck service shops. read more

This is the worst service center I have ever dealt with! We had to send our unit in on Apr 12 and on May 12 we had to send a tow truck to bring the unit back to our shop in Chicago. Total incompetence and indefference. Looks like service department people just want you to hang up and they give you standart answers every time : there are trucks before you, we short on techs, foreman is not there, it is scheduled for later today, latest tomorrow etc etc etc. And you get those answers if we are able to get through their phone system which is almost impossible. Emails are totally ignored. Every time different people gave us different diagnostic results. We had Freightliner Fleet Advocate get involved. He placed numerous calls to the Service Manager and General Manager, and it was working for one day only. We got some meaningful answers, but for one day only. People over there don't care about customers at all, they don't care about their own reputation. We are a big company having more than 2000 units and we have a lot of business with Freightliner Dealerships, but I newer experienced anything like that. We end up with a story about parts which they have to replace but parts are not available at this time. Emagine dealership doesn't have those parts and our shop does. At this point our patience was finally over. From now one we will avoid this place by all means and I would recommend all of you to do the same. read more

Whent to buy a part for my freightliner on 1/17/2019 8 pm at orlando freightliner in apopka florida and the older slim night manager treated me poorly he was thinking i was working on my truck and all i was doing was matching a part to make sure it was the write part and he comes to me and said pack your shit and leave and don't come back i felt discriminate when he said that. Remove all personal items from your Motor Home. I had personal items stolen including an I Pad. I had a check engine light on that's why I brought it to this location which was the closest. The inside of my Coach was perfectly fine when I brought it in for repairs. When I picked up my RV, the entire inside of the Coach didn't work, silver leaf, generator, lights,nothing! Now I have to take it to a Newmar Dealership which can't get me in for two months. Would not recommend this Dealership, I would give it minus stars if that was an option. read more

To say the least I am frustrated right now. Turned Motorcoach in on Monday. Flew out of town after being told unless the tech found something that they needed to notify me about the service would have never issues with being complete by Friday with ability to pick up Saturday. Got quote on Wednesday for 15K miles service. Replied and agreed to quote less than 20 minutes from receipt via email. Flew back to pick up our home and it turns out they didn't complete the service and didn't let us know in advance. Now won't be done till earliest Monday so having to get hotel room till Monday. No one that can make a decision is available to let us know anything. Highly disappointed with experience so far. read more
