Don't even think about calling this place! The brakes are…read morenot working on my Isuzu NPR and so what do I do, I call the actual dealer in Orlando for Isuzu. I cannot move the truck. So, they state clearly in the call that their mobile service is the same as being in the actual shop, and charge me $409 to come out and fix it. Great, do it. Then, the mechanic find the problem, a piston on the passenger side of the vehicle., as the brake fluid is leaking all over the floor. Calls his contact, Patrick. Now, its a typical mechanic trick. Says it need to be towed into the shop, gives me the towing contact and says I have been told by the office to bring it in veacuse there could be more problems. Typical mechanic scam. But you said its the same as bring at the shop and you should be able to just bring a caliper and install it!! $419 down the drain....... you know they are going to charge me like $4,500 once i get it into the shop. Not happening. They don't know this but i called up about brake pad changes a week before and they sent me an invoice for $3,500 claiming i may have other problems. Stay away

I thought that I had a good relationship again...but NO. I was having very typical transmission problems and told that I would be getting a new "unit" to resolve the problem. After approximately 6-months with only one vague follow up, I went to a different dealer based on a recommendation from someone that had a similar transmission issue as mine. They were great and resolved the problem. I've not heard from anyone at Rush Truck Center since the promise of a new "unit." What a huge disappointment. Burn me twice...and we're done.
