Well, I love this new facility! Huge new showroom and very "bougie" lounge for service customers. Assortment of bagels, chips, breakfast snacks and a really cool hot beverage machine with lots of coffee and tea choices available. Three adult area TV's! All of which were tuned to sports or masculine themed shows. UGH! I am a woman bringing my car in for service and I don't care about soccer or football scores and games! I don't want to watch Motortrend TV. Can you please have at least on TV tuned to something at least neutral like A Nature channel or HGTV? Maybe I can turn on the kids's TV and find something that appeals to a woman? Even a quiz show would suffice. Service- they have Express service but I was here for a system failure on my Eyesight sensor for which I received a phone call, text message and email that I needed to come in. But the woman who greeted me seemed confused as to the nature of my appointment. I guess you are working out kinks but hey, your service center alerted me to make an appointment so I expect you to be able to see this on your computer and know immediately why YOU called me to come see you. (This review is in regard to the service center). The new building is very nice. It's nice that they provide snacks and drinks at no cost when you're there for service. As for the service center. The service assistant that you speak to before your service is done is usually hit and miss. Jean is the only consistent one who has great service. This last time I went, I had Wandaliz and she was very kind and helpful. The sales side with sell you JMA coverage but for some reason, the service department has the hardest time telling or even finding your coverage in their system. Since I purchased my car there in 2019 - I've had more times than not where I had to request over and over for them to find the JMA on my account as they "just didn't see it". For a few visits, I would bring in my paperwork from my loan to avoid any issues. The service time varies but doesn't even seem to vary based on work done. Any time I've had basic oil change and tire rotation - with an appointment - it's taken anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours - even when my car is taken back immediately. read more

I had to have the entire radio consul replaced. The lights for the gear shift have never worked. A door brace is broken and they said it was fixed, it wasn't. THEY RESORT TO GASLIGHTING TO AVOID RESPONSIBILITY!!! STAY AWAY! I had been told that this new dealer was working hard to earn their customer base. I stopped in with high hopes that they would offer some assistance to the design flaw of my 2016 Subaru Legacy. The front bumper separated from the body, leaving a gap. I can push it back in, but when I pull into a curb, the bumper sits so low, that it hits on the curb and separates the bumper again. A rep walked with me to my car. When he saw the separation, he immediately gaslit me, saying, this car has been in a collision. From online searches, this is a design flaw known among owners. That this dealer preferred to treat a woman as someone who doesn't know any better and tell me it was caused by a collision, I want to warn others not to support this dealer. Suffice it to say we were so pleased with our experience, we purchased another car (and brand) at another one of the family owned dealerships this month. What we enjoyed the most at this dealer was the no hassle, cut to the chase friendly and efficient attitude. A recall service requirement shortly after the purchase which was also well handled and efficient and their continual follow-up for the last two years has been good. The very important issue I have with them is I see quite a few 1 and 2 star reviews here on Yelp, with no response from the dealer. That's not good. If a customer is not happy, it's up to the company to turn that around. I'm not sure how yell is going to post this "update" - I gave the sales staff a great review when I bought the car, 2019 outback at the end of October in 2019. This "update" is a review of the Service Department. I made an appointment for an oil change and for them to check a tire that was losing air. 1) The Service drive was almost in accessible due to cars parked in the service drive. There were no service advisors outside rather, you had to get out and go into the building. 2) Once inside the building, it was chaotic. They have several desks that indicate service advisor but there was no one sitting at them and there was seemingly no order in the waiting area. Social distancing? An attempt was made. 3). I was checked in by one service advisor, got a text from a different service advisor and was checked out by yet another person. When I asked the person who I was paying for the oil change, about the tire that was low, she glanced at the paper and said "it was fine". Well I know it wasn't fine because it was way below the air in the others and on the way over there my TPMS light had gone off. Then the second service person comes over and looked at the receipt and says something like "well my techs can't look for something that's not there." I was practically speechless. So we drove out of the parking lot and it looks like they switched the tire to the rear of the car but it was still below the others. The next day I took it to the Sam's Club in West Melbourne and they found a very small nail in the tire and they made the repair for free. 4) They didn't seem to perform any type of inspection of the vehicle. Are used to have service at the Sewell dealership in Dallas. They were absolutely wonderful there at Sewell. I miss them so much. 5) I won't recommend this dealership for service to anyone. read more

I would have to say this car dealership has taken great care of my car the last several visits I've made! Subaru cars are troopers and such great cars, so they treat our cars accordingly. Every time I pick my car back up, it's freshly washed and ready to go! My car is an older one, so I have to come bring my car in more often than I use to, to get things fixed! This specific location has an outstanding staff. In particular, Jay. He has been extremely helpful to me and my Subaru for over the past month! He is always making sure I am seen as quickly as possible by the mechanics, and even has the mechanics come and explain things that go on with my car. I like the level of professionalism jay brings as well as everyone I've met so far with the staff. I usually call his direct Subaru line to get in touch with him, so the process is easier when I need something done. The inside of the dealership has snacks available always and cold waters. They also offer coffee if that's your thing! The bathrooms are clean and easily accessible. If you're looking for a new Subaru, they have a lot full of pretty ones! This dealership also shares now with Mitsubishi. It doesn't seem to get in the way of anything, you just tend to see both cars in and out of there. If you're looking for the work you need done on your car, stop by! The prices aren't the cheapest, but it's well worth it and reasonable for a dealership price. read more

went there for the 50 dollar oil change, it was all going great until I noticed one of the techs pulling my car out into the road I didn't think any of it when he came back I went outside to see the car and I noticed they didn't pull it around because they had broken my bumper and it had fallen??? they didn't tell me either only reason they had to tell me was because I saw it, the employee who was driving the car then told me to talk to the manager if I had a problem I did and he basically said there was nothing they could do and didn't charge me for the oil change but the bumper will cost about 200-400 to fix because they broke the mounting holes off .. I've attached pictures! I was going to do some major work to my car there but never going back don't ever go there if you care about the car because they sure don't. I wish they would just make it right and fix it since they broke it and they are a Subaru dealer It's a shame really because its was a nice experience otherwise. read more

Full disclosure ..... I hate car shopping. Always have. Yuck. So quick (NOT) story. Hubby knows exactly what car he wants. It's a Subaru, of course, because he surfs, kayaks, and performs great feats of dangerous adventuring that a Honda Civic just can't provide. He works hard, full time and asked me to shop for his car. He wants a Subaru Forrester Wilderness in a very specific color. Why? Because he hasn't had a new car in 30 years and he deserves one. So off I go, to a plethora of dealers to find my true love's perfect vehicle. EXCEPT, as an "older" female, I find I'm sometimes dismissed when I inquire about a car. I'm told by some dealerships that the salesman I'm talking to is busy, but he'll find someone. Ok, great. Then, I'm schooled on which vehicle would be a better fit. Or my favorite technique is dumbing down their vocabulary because a 61 year old female with chipped nail polish and a bad knee couldn't possibly understand complex terminology such as towing capacity or torque. It was grueling. It was insulting, and on a few occasions, I literally knew more about the Subaru Forrester Wilderness than the salesman. So I find another Subaru dealer with the color hubby wants and head out. As I pull in and park, I notice a young man approach and ask me if I need help. "Yep", I answer as I confidently pull out my phone to show him the exact car I want. Except, as he so eloquently explains, they don't have that specific car because I'm at the wrong car dealership. A good laugh was had by all. Long story short, Kris P. spent the next half hour with me test driving a Forrester. I've had no less that 8 test drives in the past month and a half, and they are all painful. Not this one. It was actually fun. No condescending instruction, no explaining the obvious, like "Let's buckle up and be safe!" He explained the features, (there's many great ones), he knew more about this vehicle than any other salesman I'd talked to, and he had no problem with the fact that I would not be buying this blue one, because hubby wanted green. Absolutely NO pressure, no attempt at convincing me to rethink anything. So of course, a green one came in on transport, and of course we bought one. Kris made it as painless as a car purchase can be. Just knowledgeable and friendly and very accommodating. I wished I would have started with him. Car buying is an expensive, stressful , sometimes insulting process, but a knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson will make a huge difference. Kris continues to follow up with hubby to make sure he's happy with his purchase and has been available to answer any and all questions about the plethora of space age features this vehicle comes equipped with. I bought my Outback from here and it was a painless process. I had to take it back for some glitches it was having, and I can not express how pleased I was for the whole process. I made a service appointment same day on a Thursday, and came in and explained to the technician, Jean, what was going on. She explained it would take some time to get things figured out, so immediately got me hooked up with a courtesy car. By Friday afternoon, they were still working on it and I was concerned because I was traveling out of town for work for the week and would not be able to bring the car back (or answer any questions, respond, etc.) until the next weekend. Jean assured me it would not be a problem, and they would just reach out on the following Friday to let me know my car was ready. True to her word, I was not contacted until Friday afternoon and was able to pick up my car and return the loaner on Saturday. If there was a no star rating I would use it. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM for routine maintenance, oil change, repair on a windshield wiper spray and needed new tires. I was repeatedly told they would have my estimate for services "soon." At 1:00 PM I asked them to just give me my car back so I could take it somewhere else. Totally unreasonable time to wait, other people coming and going, finally had enough. I do not recommend them for service and I will not be going back. They did give me a free oil change. They advised me that "we can reserve one in transit, dealer trade or factory order" and "when would you have some time to visit us so we can secure the vehicle you're looking for?" I found this a helpful and refreshing approach, and I planned on driving through the area in a few weeks so I agreed on a date to visit, and specifically planned my trip to accommodate. There were several texts to confirm as the date came closer. I showed up on the date in question and the manager just shrugged and said "we don't have it". Ok, so you completely failed to plan in any way whatsoever. How is this business? They knew I was looking for a few specific color/trim of a given model. Honestly, buying a car is so great when it's all said and done, not the actual "buying" part. With that said, I've never had an easier or stress free experience. James was my salesman. He was calm and didn't try to over sell anything. We knew what we wanted and he delivered. There was no price bartering, either. The sales lady here lied to us to get us to come back about "end of year promotion" they had. she wouldn't give us a straight answer when we got there and asked her to tell us what they were... apparently there was NONE! This has got to be the worst Subaru dealership in Florida. The level of incompetence is astonishing. One failure after another. I dropped my vehicle off here 20 days ago for a recall repair. I was initially denied a rental or loaner until I called Subaru care. After many calls to this repair center/ dealership I was able to get a rental car for 19 days out of pompano beach which is 2.5hrs south of this dealership. After 19 days I was required to find my own transportation to Orlando to turn the car in to get another one, though I Live in miami. Once I arrive in Orlando, my car rental isn't set up for me. I was initially sent to an enterprise that had no affiliation with the dealership, which required me to go back to the repair shop. I was then sent to another enterprise, once I arrived there the repair shop failed to complete the PO with a billing address which caused me to wait over an hour, for them to resolve this issue. Avoid this place at all costs. Subaru should close this place down and terminate half of employees. read more

I was very frustrated as we had just bought the car there four months prior but understood as it was a used car and things break. when we left we we're guaranteed that everything was fine and I believed them. today I sit another 1200 in the hole because we went in for a headlight replacement at another shop and they are replacing the water pump and thermostat. when I spoke to management at this dealership I was treated as if I was lying and was told I should have brought the vehicle back to them. why would I drive an unsafe vehicle or pay to have it towed to someone I obviously no longer trust? please be careful trusting these people to service your vehicle. read more
