He handled my bike with care and he got me squared away. Originally, I was a little concerned about letting someone touch my bike given the price point, but he took great care of it and had it looking better than it did going in there. Which means a lot, because it's a brand new bike. Heather (the store manager) was assisting another customer when I was walking in, but once she became available she greeted me and helped me try on new shoes, as well as check out some new Trek Madone SLR bikes. I had a few questions for her about potentially getting my wife into a new bike and she was extremely helpful answering all of my questions. If you haven't ridden a Trek bike before, I would highly recommend you go and check out Trek of Clermont and go test ride a bike. They have definitely stepped up their customer service since the last time I wrote my review years ago.

I was looking for some new H-D muscle shirts as the ones I currently own are too large due to my recent weight loss. They currently don't carry any H-D muscle shirts at this location. But I did find one Tasmanian Devil - Harley-Davidson t-shirt I liked. I picked that up, plus an H-D dealer poker chip for that dealership.

From the comfy couch to the big welcome from Jake the Lab (make sure to play some catch with him), you feel as if you have friends taking care of your treasured ride. I brought my '05 Harley in to get new bars, cables, and add some takeoffs from a friend on to my bike. Tom and Brian did their best to explain everything, work efficiently, and try to save me some money in the long run. Most shops want you to buy the most expensive item, then juice you on the hourly labor, but not here. They do their best to get you what you need, and get you rolling. They also do an AMAZING job with custom fab work, they build bikes from scratch (as opposed to certain "custom" shops who just ASSEMBLE bikes), and have a great in house paint guy. Swing by one of their (usually) monthly garage parties, where people swap parts, they have vendors, and...EVERY bikers' favorite...FREE FOOD AND BEER! It is a great chance to shoot the bull and get ideas and estimates if you want. If you want a glitzy, glamorous shop that will smile to your face, and overcharge you for shoddy work, look elsewhere. If you want a REAL biker shop who will treat you like family and take care of your bike as if it was theirs, then ride over to Art in Motion...and say hey to Jake!

When I visited all of the Halloween merchandise was out. Due to the upcoming holiday the Haunted Mansion items were predominantly features which I loved. They had a table set up that would have looked perfect in the attraction. I am still kicking myself for not purchasing the apron that looked like the outfits worn by the ride operators. It even says Ghost Host on it. There were also a lot of Halloween decor items featuring Mickey and friends like trick or treat bags, treat bowls, and shirts. Not to be forgotten and also Halloween appropriate were the Nightmare Before Christmas mugs, ornaments, dolls, lights, and tumblers. Some of the other items you can purchase here are plates, glasses, mugs, picture frames, decor items, throws, ornaments, dish towels, luggage tags, book ends, snow globes, food treats, and door mats. Prices aren't cheap but there are some unique items I haven't seen anywhere else. The inventory seems to change often. It's a fun place to browse and get ideas for decorating your home with Disney style.

I was told that it wouldn't work properly due to the different shifters/cassettes on my bike. Having run it that way for years, I have never had a problem. The guy got a bit upset and pulled out the old standby "Well I've worked on DI2 since they came out so I know what I'm talking about." But apparently he didn't because I brought it to my usual shop in WG and they fixed it in no time.

Great people in service, sales and parts when I bought my 2024 Wee Speed 400 new…read more Unfortunately some house keeping has been done and number of people are gone. That said I did not get a great deal on my bike. The person who closed on my sale is gone. He was unwilling to budge on the price even after I told him there were better deals at other dealerships. I broke down and bought from him since I developed a relationship with him and a former salesman. The two men let me test ride many bikes and take long test rides of many bikes for 2yrs. Even after the guy I bought it from left, I was treated well every time I brought my bike in and received A+ service, in the parts and service depts. . After hearing horror stories from friends about other dealerships & shops I think the extra money spent to cultivate a relationship was worth it. Now that my prior salesman, Orlando, is back I hope to get a good deal when I upgrade. Minus one star for the lack of movement on MSRP, but again my treatment & pricing in follow up serice and installing goodies. worth it to me
