We rented a 2024 Harley Street Glide from this location. The bike was ready when we arrived and the service was excellent. The positives were a great bike that was a pleasure to ride and exellent service. The negatives were the price but knew that before we rented, the windshield on the bike was terrible with a distorted view right in my line of vision (bend in the upper edge of the windshield) and the suspension was not set up well for two riders as it bottomed a few times. We got caught in heavy traffic on the return date and ended up an hour late for the return. We called ahead to inform but were still charged a late fee which was disappointing. Overall a great experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality motorcycle for a trip.

Rented a pair of Harley street glides here. Best decision I made the bikes were new and rode perfectly. Rode from Orlando down to Miami and it was a terrific ride. Customer service is exceptional . The bikes were waiting in front ready to go . Mike is a great he was a great help and ready to answer any questions really a down to earth guy . He even got me and my son transportation back to airport when we returned the bikes . I can't say enough of this place they deserve 10 stars !!!!!

Need a Harley Rental this is the place.

I'm in AWE, Absolutely Wonderful Experience! So I'm flying into Orlando to get to Daytona for a meeting. Rent a car, usually, but then I get to thinking. This is Florida, in the winter, I wonder if I can score a Harley rental bike & not exceed my car allowance. Google search, find Eagle Rider, call, yes, shuttle , 10 minutes later I'm on the road & under budget, Yes Big Mahalo to Mindy who was like TinkerBelle at The Magic Kingdom & made my dream come true. Upon my return, I was greeted by Mike Marquart, the GM, we talked bikes and he toured me around his beautiful new Indian M/C dealership. I felt special, minutes later they wisk'd me away to the airport, saving me a $15 UBER. EagleRider allowed me a little "GetAway" on my way to a normally blah meeting. I can't wait for another meeting.

My family, friends, and I had such a great time and wish that we could have remained on the airboat much longer. This place is located at the end of a very long road. The drive to the property is very quiet and relaxing. The property itself was well-maintained, everything was clearly marked, and the venue itself was fun. There is a gift shop, a snack shop, a food trailer offering hot food, a beverage hit, clean bathrooms, gold mining, and so much more. The employees went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The real reason why you would visit this place is the airboats. Each guest boards the large boats, which can seat 12-15 people at a time. To the rear of the boat sits this huge fan, which controls the boat. Each guest is required to grab a headset or ear protection, as the boats are noisy and loud, and I mean LOUD once they get going. The purpose of the boats is to have fun, of course, but the objective is to look for alligators as you speed through the swamps. During our visit, we spotted nine alligators, and the boat operator stopped so guests could see and experience them up close. The alligators are never disturbed, and they do not seem to mind being watched. Back to the airboats, these things are FAST! The boat operator will have you going so fast on the water, then pull into a complete 360-degree turn when you least expect it. The first time the boat operator sped away from the dock at the start of the tour, you were a tad nervous, similar to riding a roller coaster. After this initial nervousness, you could not get enough of this airboat and only wanted to go fast on the water. I might add that there was a group seated in front of us with a boy between 8 and 10 years old and a young tween girl, and they appeared to enjoy the airboat ride just as much as we adults. This is definitely a fun place for all ages

There is so much to see and do there. I was pleasantly surprised by how large the whole place was. I got there right at opening at 10am to sign up for the capybara experience, but the petting zoo did not open until 11am, so the gentleman at the ticketing gate recommended that I line up around 10:55am. The capybara experience was $15, and it includes a 10-minute time slot from 2-3pm to feed and pet capybaras. If that is all you are here for, apparently Gatorland does allow re-entry so you can just reserve a time slot and come back during your assigned time. I would highly recommend this experience if you are even remotely interested. It was a really cool opportunity, and I did not feel rushed or crowded at all during my time slot (12 people total). Other than that, I enjoyed the shows and train ($3 for unlimited rides all day). There are a variety of animals to see outside of just alligators and crocodiles, so I think there is something for everyone. This is an affordable option ($34) for a day of fun that does not involve large crowds. I spent about 4-5 hours here but could have probably stayed longer if it were not so hot. The website says food and drinks are not allowed, but honestly no one checked. Free parking is a plus!

From the moment we arrived, the place had this incredible energy -- the kind of spot that instantly makes you think, I'd camp here in a heartbeat. The grounds were beautiful, the amenities looked top‑notch, and the whole atmosphere felt like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. And the staff? Absolutely phenomenal. Genuine, warm, and the kind of people who clearly love what they do. I hesitated to wander into the camper store since we weren't staying overnight, but now I wish I had -- the whole place had that welcoming, "come on in" vibe. I wasn't sure if the campground and airboat tours were run separately, but everyone we met felt like part of one big, enthusiastic team. Before the tour, the staff came out and gave us a fascinating crash course on gators -- and then we got to hold Luke the gator. Let me tell you, once you hold Luke, something changes. You walk away feeling like you've bonded with a gator. I'm not kidding -- I still catch myself wondering how Luke is doing. Then came the airboat ride. We loaded up, the engine kicked in, and suddenly we were flying across the lake. Our tour guide Kyle was outstanding -- knowledgeable, funny, confident, and able to answer every question thrown his way. For my first airboat experience, I was genuinely impressed by how smooth and skilled he was behind the controls. We spotted plenty of baby gators and even a mama gator. Sure, I would've loved to see a few more, but for the price, the thrill, and the overall experience, it was absolutely worth it. We were on the 12:45 tour, so the time of day may have played a role -- but honestly, I left feeling thrilled. If I could change one thing, it would be knowing ahead of time that tips for the guides are cash‑only. We weren't carrying American cash, and Kyle definitely earned a tip. Adding that note to the FAQ or confirmation messages would be super helpful for future guests. All in all, this was an unforgettable experience -- exciting, educational, and genuinely fun from start to finish. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for something unique, thrilling, and full of heart.

After getting fitted for the harnesses and some safety briefing, it was off to the woods. First stop, hippos, where another guide met us who is an expert on hippos. We got to get up close and personal with them and learned all about them while getting to ask questions. Next on to the bridge over the crocodiles. Now, this walk over the crocs is a bit daunting. You're strapped in with your harness and walk over a suspended bridge with "broken" steps. It was fun but probably the most adventurous of everything you do. Everyone in our group loved it. At the end, another expect who knows all about crocs. Now we get into a safari truck and go through the safari portion. This was great cause it goes to places the regular safari tour does not.
