I can't possibly give more credit to this business. They earned my praise! They provided top-shelf, professional service, all while maintaining a personable, friendly approach to their customers. Lora, the manager, was warm and friendly. I had to contend with some time constraints due to a car rental return to an airport location, then Uber travel back across town, etc.. Lora did what needed to be done to make things happen. And she did it all with a smile. Heck, Lora even suggested a few restaurants! Andrew runs the rental desk. He too was friendly yet professional. He helped with my helmet sizing and saw that my moto was ready for me at the scheduled time. Andrew also informed me of the prepaid thruway toll service EagleRider offered, which paid for itself many times over. He provided a complete explanation of the moto's controls. The drop-off was easy too. Now, January is a slow time for moto rentals in Florida, so, yes, these folks had time. But you can tell that they are sincere in their dedication to service. I only mention the slowness of the season because Daytona bike week is coming up. They've a fair amount of motos on site but I don't know how many are already rented. But I know Lora and Andrew will be VERY busy. Personally, I wouldn't expect the level of service I received during this coming crush, but I wouldn't be surprised if you do. We rented a 2024 Harley Street Glide from this location. The bike was ready when we arrived and the service was excellent. The positives were a great bike that was a pleasure to ride and exellent service. The negatives were the price but knew that before we rented, the windshield on the bike was terrible with a distorted view right in my line of vision (bend in the upper edge of the windshield) and the suspension was not set up well for two riders as it bottomed a few times. We got caught in heavy traffic on the return date and ended up an hour late for the return. We called ahead to inform but were still charged a late fee which was disappointing. Overall a great experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality motorcycle for a trip. read more

Saturday the 6th Leesburg had a weather alert I called the Leasing Agent and said I was bringing the bike back due to the severe weather. I was told it was too late in the day, they were closing before I could get there. I said I will be there when you open in the morning.. I had the bike outside the rental door. When I got the bill, Via email I noticed the Sunday Charge.. Called and made my reservation for a RoadGlide took all of 10 Min with the help of Lora. Then I had a bad accident. Called them from the hospital the next day. Lora answered and took care of everything in fact she was more worried about me than her company's Motorcycle. She was phenomenal made the whole process stress free. She also checked on me multiple times while giving me updates on the process through the process. I'm in AWE, Absolutely Wonderful Experience! So I'm flying into Orlando to get to Daytona for a meeting. Rent a car, usually, but then I get to thinking. This is Florida, in the winter, I wonder if I can score a Harley rental bike & not exceed my car allowance. Google search, find Eagle Rider, call, yes, shuttle , 10 minutes later I'm on the road & under budget, Yes Big Mahalo to Mindy who was like TinkerBelle at The Magic Kingdom & made my dream come true. Upon my return, I was greeted by Mike Marquart, the GM, we talked bikes and he toured me around his beautiful new Indian M/C dealership. I felt special, minutes later they wisk'd me away to the airport, saving me a $15 UBER. EagleRider allowed me a little "GetAway" on my way to a normally blah meeting. I am back home in Canada now, and I received a call from a manager at Eaglerider asking what happened. I explained situation, and that I was a repeat customer. They offered to refund our money, which they now have. I am happy to get my money back, but I wish they would be more clear about the deposit requirement while making a reservation, and not have it be two levels deep. If I am turning down the insurance while I am making the reservation, make it pop up that I will have to provide a $5,000 USD deposit when I pick up the motorcycle, and don't have it be a shock! In case anyone is wondering why this is a big deal, it's because there is a 35% exchange rate, so I have to have over $7,000 CAD available on my Canadian credit card. And if the exchange rate changes before I get the deposit back, I could loose a bunch of money, just on the deposit! read more

UPDATE: 3/17/18 - as of this date have not received any response from EagleRider regarding our experience. This is after providing the reservation number as requested, and even reaching out again a couple weeks later to follow up. Reviewers' background: riding 3x/week minimum for over ten years in multiple cities and states. Prior Eagle Riders experience: 2015 in Las Vegas, an experience we recommend highly. Had no reason not to expect the same or at least similar in Orlando, but unfortunately, based on today we understand Las Vegas was an exceptional location. Their efficient check-in process includes a knowledgable person on staff very much like a concierge at a hotel who provided us excellent materials on routes through the mountains and valleys in the area. They also let us know that if we decided we wanted to ride through the state park, there would be a one-time $5 fee at the park entrance. When you're ready to go back to your hotel, they take you there using their shuttle service for nearby customers. The comparison with their Orlando location leaves much to be desired. Reservation - After booking online the same way we had for LV, found a Weekday Deal on another page for half the price we had already registered to pay. - Nobody will go over any special offers with you when you arrive. It wouldn't have been unreasonable for something along the lines of "Oh, we actually have a weekday deal and since you're riding on a Wednesday you would qualify" and changing our reservation to the special price. - The above point would have especially been appreciated and appropriate since they did not have the bike we paid to reserve. Arrival - We took an Uber and made a point to arrive early to the Eagle Riders Orlando (ERO) office; however, despite all the signage still up on both the building and by the road, this office was completely closed. Nothing on their website indicates they very recently changed locations. - ERO called and spoke with us the week before our trip to let us know the motorcycle we originally reserved would not be available. Would have been easy enough to notify us at that time of their change in location. - ALL THE MAPS DIRECTED US TO THE WRONG LOCATION, even when we put in the correct physical address and didn't go by what was pulled up by entering "Eagle Riders." - Since they are now associated with Orlando Harley Davidson, the ONLY way we could get to ERO was by putting Orlando Harley Davidson in the navigation app. - Orlando is undergoing a LOT of interstate construction. Our hotel was only 8 miles away but it took 40 minutes of travel between here and the rental spot. We took an Uber to get to the incorrect place, only to have a gentleman with the Indian Motorcycle dealership next door inform us that we now needed to get another Uber to trek us back across town. - Several more unnecessary dollars later, we were met with a disorganized, defensive atmosphere when we finally arrived to the correct place and during check-in mentioned their address issue. "That's above my pay grade" is not an appropriate response to out-of-town, paying customers letting you know you're directly inconveniencing them and other potential clients... - Inefficient check-in process took longer than necessary. Seemed very rushed, complaining that it had been a hectic morning (no apologies about anything, by the way, not the address issue, not the lack of customer service) and like they just wanted to be done and get us on the road, out of their way. Information -Did not provide any useful routes to popular places, or any place for that matter. -Did not make us aware of multiple tolls going in both directions using FL interstates. -Did not volunteer that some of these are COIN SPECIFIC tolls, accepting exact change in coins only. Highly recommend taking a roll of quarters and keeping it in a place of easy access. Final Thoughts Would not recommend for first time renters- rent at another Eagle Rider location first. This will help you through the check in process because you'll already know what to expect, and trust me they could really use the help. The bike itself was nice enough and appeared to be well maintained. Most of the issues of concern lay with the lack of preparedness by the staff. My experience was on a Wednesday in February, I can only imagine how hectic it may be during weekends in summer months. I personally would not rent at this location again, for the total cost of renting (the rental fee, insurance, multiple uber rides, time invested- left the hotel at 8:30 & wasn't on the road until 10:30, took 40 minutes to get back to the hotel only 8 miles away, etc) I could have, and should have, made arrangements to bring my own bike. read more

This was a wonderful experience. The folks at Eagle rider Orlando were awesome. The place is new and very clean. They had exactly what I reserved and I was in an out in about ten minutes. The triumph Bonneville was perfect and they even picked me up from the hotel and took me bec to the airport. Prices were fair and it beats riding my bike all the way from Arizona. Found a bike that I was interested in on usedmotorcycles.net (eaglerider's online sale site). The bike was in Orlando and listed at a reasonable price. I called and ask if the bike was still there and if it was still for sale. Yes answers to both questions. Salesman said he was standing next to the bike. After some discussion, I made an offer. Salesman called back a few hours later and told me that the offer was accepted. They ask for a $500 deposit and I provided my credit card number. Salesman was aware that I would be flying in to pick up the bike and riding it home (I'm in Ohio and the bike is in FLA). Next day, I called to finalize those plans and was told that there was a problem. While the bike was still physically there, it had been "transferred". Salesman said he'd call me back. A few hours later, the salesman called and said that the bike had been transferred to the rental fleet and he could not sell it to me. He said he would be happy to keep his eyes open and try to find another bike. I declined that offer. Had he said that he would find me an equivalent bike and sell it to me for the same price, he would have had my attention. It is now three days after he said that the bike is not for sale and the bike is still listed for sale on usedmotorcycles.net. I'm inclined to believe that they realized that they could not honor my offer and decided that telling me that the bike was no longer available would be the most expeditious way to get me off the phone. The other possibility is that their inventory control system is completely jacked up. Either way, I would not recommend shopping for your next bike at eaglerider. read more

Reserved a motorcycle for a week on Dec 28, was charged $104.57, the company cancelled his reservation, no refund issued still today is Jan 17. I have been a member of Eagle Rider since June 2017. The company has been charging my credit card since June 2017 monthly for $30. On Dec 28 I made a reservation for a motorcycle rental using my membership rate. Eagle Rider charged him $104.57 upon making reservation. The next day they informed me the motorcycle I requested was not available and I was forced to cancel my reservation as they supposedly did not have bikes of the kind I ride. No refund was issued. I called the following week to check on the refund - was told the refund was issued and it would take 5 business days for it to appear back on the credit card. On Jan 15 the refund was still not issued. Called Eagle Rider again and wast told it takes 10 business days for a refund. I pointed out that it was longer than 10 days at the point. Nick - the person on the phone said he would give me a call back once an accountant shows up at the office (it was 11am at the point of the call). Two stars...one star for the people there and one star for the facility. Very nice facility and nice people. Unfortunately the "organization" itself is shameful. I advertised my bike for sale on their website. THEY called and texted me that THEY were interested in my bike and THEY could make me a great deal (this is word for word). THEY called me AGAIN 3 weeks later and finally I agree to borrow a trailer and drive 55 miles to the Orlando eagle rider location. First, they don't even know I'm coming apparently. First question I'm asked is "how much you looking to get?" What? I advertised on YOUR website. YOU contacted me multiple times. Description of my bike and price I'm asking is on YOUR website. The only number thrown out is $1400 less than what I advertised on THEIR website. I'm not opposed to negotiations, so it doesn't offend me, so as I begin negotiating TJ takes me outside and shows me a large inventory of bikes and says that even if we agreed to the lower price he couldn't buy my bike because he has no room. I asked why Josh called me and TJ told me that Josh is out of California. I asked who Hanna was. He said she works there in Orlando. Why did she call me if the Orlando location understood he didn't have space?? TJ was not a bad guy. He even tried calling a couple of friends that may have been interested. 110 mile round trip when they had no inclination of buying a bike. I understand sales, and this, in my opinion is bordering on unethical.
