Patient and very knowledgeable, he allowed us to tour the new SUVs and take 2 out for a test drive. He explained trim levels and even said when I'm ready to purchase , they'd find the color and trim level I want for me as they didn't have it available on the lot. Raul is probably the best sales man I've encountered in a while as he was not pushy at all. I called and asked what time the service department closed ( 6pm). I told the woman on the phone my situation and specifically asked if I could be seen as a walk-in. She said as long as I arrived by 5:30, I could be seen. I arrived at 5:10. I was turned away. They wouldn't even look at it. It's awful to treat loyal customers like this. Bought a car here less than 2 months ago. They would not disclose the known issues with the car. Turns out sensors were missing, features didn't work like the touchscreen and parallel park assist. And now the automatic cruise control stopped working and the battery won't hold a charge. Basically got a lemon and there's nothing they will do to help now. They assured me many times "we do a 150 point inspection" and "everything is great with the car or it isn't allowed to be on our lot". It all turned out to be false. I have been in the market for a GTI for nearly a month. I came into Orlando VW North, with a printed list of multiple GTIs that I had identified. I arrived at Orlando VW North and said I wanted to test drive a specific GTI. They had to ask the manager if I could test drive a GTI. The manager denied my request and basically said I wasn't serious about buying a GTI. The staff then asked where I worked, implying that I was just wasting their time and couldn't afford the car. They also claimed they never this many GTIs on their lot, while also turning away a prospective buyer. I am a serious GTI buyer. I've never been refused a test drive, ever. Th worst car service. The sales team are excellent on the other hand. They always tack things you don't need for your service maintenance. You have to wait at least 30 minutes for a shuttle drop off or share a car with 2 other people for a 1 mile drop off. Every single time. Choose a different service center. There is truly a special group of people working at this VW service center that provide an incredible level of customer service. On the 3 separate occassions that I've had to bring my Golf R here, I was helped end-to-end with timely updates and people going out of their way to make sure my experience was great, questions were answered, and problems addressed. Being that I traveled from Texas, I'm glad the service was as awesome as it was. I was going to be in Orlando on business and thought I'd get my vehicle serviced because the reviews for the Texas Volkswagen servicing were terrible in my area. I looked up this place and it seemed like a good place. And trust me it is. The front desk person who believe his name was Brian was full of energy and greeted me with a smile. Told me exactly what was going to be done and how much it would cost. The wait was not long and I was provided an area where I knocked out some business on my laptop while the car was being serviced. After the servicing was completed I was given a complete breakdown and no extra charges were added. In Texas they almost always add something you don't need. The vehicle was washed and vacuumed and looked pretty good. Most importantly, the vehicle was functioning at optimal standards afterwards. I don't know what happened since this place got new management a few years ago. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and planned to ask about different services when I got there. Immediately after scheduling online I received a text from some sales weasel about how he was very exited about possibly buying my car (Touareg TDI). I responded sure you can look at it when I drop it off. I was then bombarded with texts by the guy about all the cars he could possibly put me in. When he emailed an appointment setting and calendar link I lost it. Texted him back a said I dont even want to see him when I drop off my car because he was too aggressive. The day of my appointment I was met by a surley service advisor that I had not worked with before. I asked if they charge for a tire rotation since I purchased tires there 2 years ago, he says they do, I asked if he could run a diagnostic on the airbag light he says $160. Passed on that too. Asked about the price of the oil change said he was not sure but it was around $120. So decided on just the oil change. Came back later to pick up the car. (5 hours for an oil change)???? Price for the oil change was $25 higher than estimated! and they filled the tires to the wrong pressure (they were at the perfect pressure when dropped off) Place has definitely fallen apart since new ownership, Glad I didn't meet with the aggressive sales weasel I would have only gotten more pissed off! read more

Attention people Red Flag SCAM ARTISTS. I Leased a car from VW North on 01/01/2022 and the car came with 2 different warranties from Volkswagen. So you don't need to add on anything extra as it's completely useless. Honestly VW CARE maintenance plan is the best. Indeed it is very affordable only $205.00 coming from the factory or VW with no deductibles for 3 years, it is useful and worth it. Indeed I used it as an example that as I do have it then I didn't need to buy any other Prepaid Maintenance Policy from a third party company, and even more if it is $1,216.23 with $100 Deductible to replace only 1 time a battery, wipers, lights etc only small items. It's called MPP or Mechanical Protection plan from Old United Casualty Co, where your Financial Guy " Jacob Hanin " makes his referrals money out from his customers "Victims". I told him clearly before I signed anything that I didn't want to add on anything, gap insurance, extended warranty, prepaid maintenance or anything related to it, because I don't need them as I am fully covered by the Manufacture "Volkswagen"; adding anything extra or another policy is completely unnecessary. Even though $1,216.23 was showing on my paperwork, and it was charged on my side and I advised it to "Jacob Hanin" to just remove it. He did not let me remove the policy because he claimed that it was being paid by the dealer, and it wasn't affecting my monthly payment, and my payment was already agreed; which it was not the truth at all in my personal opinion . I actually left the dealer without a copy of the Signed Prepaid Service acquired as a "Courtesy" yeah right lol then I had to ask for a copy later. Once I get home and I carefully checked the paperwork. I immediately called dealer to remove that PPM insurance next day and they kept saying why should I ?? if I really need it, etc etc etc, and it's awesome lol . I asked today to talk to the Sales Manager to just report this issue and express my feelings of unhappiness. I was impressed that sales manager Wayne McGilvray never apologized to me after such as big mess caused by the financing guy and offered me in return 2 tanks of gas and a 2 carwash to solve this issue, and to convince me not to leave a negative feedback, which I refused it and as consequence "Wayne McGilvray" asked me to leave the dealer. So I was also Kicked out of the Dealer to complete my good experience. Thinking about going to all social medias to share and report this issue to prevent people from getting Scammed by this artists that are taking advantage of the cars inventory shortage to make extra money and scam people over. I had previously leased a VW CC from David Maus and had an outstanding experience. In June of 2022, I returned to the VW dealership on Lee Road. I had a guaranteed payoff quote from the car I would be trading in and had every intention of purchasing a new VW Atlas that day. They originally put me with a young man who looked and acted like he just graduated from high school. After test driving the Atlas, I started negotiating a fair price below MSRP. The sales manager came over and told him I wanted to purchase the Atlas I had test drove, however there was approximately $3k in upgrades from the MSRP they were going to do to the vehicle, which I told them I did not want and I was prepared to order a new car just to not pay for the markup. I eventually got the price below MSRP but then looking at the deal, I saw they shorted my trade in to make up the difference. The sales manager them tried putting me in a smaller SUV, which I wasn't interested in. As we were walking back into the building we were discussing VW interest rates which I felt were too high. I told him I would look into financing the vehicle somewhere else, when he informed me they only finance with VW Credit. The sales manager wanted me to them look at a used Atlas for the same price of the new one I had drove. At that point I was done with the sales manager and current owners. I wouldn't buy an automobile from them if they were the last dealership in Orlando. I wish I could remember the sales manager's name, what a tool! He was a white male in his late 20's, shorts, a polo shirt, and bragged about havimy good hair. Huh?!?! To add insult to injury the original high schooler sales guy kept calling me to buy the car. This is absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever endured, and it goes way beyond that. The sales team caught me in a time of desperation after flipping my previous vehicle and needing a vehicle quickly. And they took full advantage of that. They said they would keep my car payments the same as I was paying before around $499 a month. After everything was done and signed which was my bad for being that desperate my car payment is $645 a month. That's not $499 or close. And that's just the beginning of the story. They got me with every package they could possibly add on! Since then every bit of the service plan , clear coat , etc. they have tried to tell me that I didn't purchase the coverage and have tried to deny me on . I have been trying to schedule an appointment for five weeks to have my oil changed. Finally was able to get an appointment today at 11 o'clock, so I get there and they proceeded to tell me how it is going to take 4 to 5 hours to change my oil because they have to order the parts since it's not a VW, oh yeah let's not forget that "it's almost lunch time"! One would think that if I made an appointment and they knew the vehicle ,they would've been prepared with parts needed. I took my car in for its first scheduled service and couldn't have been more impressed by the customer service here! As a note- I bought my car in Miami, so I haven't had experience with the sales team. The moment I pulled up a mechanic came right up to my door and greeted me with a big smile. I am new to the whole dealership thing, so he was super helpful right off the bat. I walked into the service center and was lucky to get to work with Karen. She was SO friendly, helpful, and chatty! I loved it! She then led me to the waiting area and as soon as she saw it was a bit full and saw that I'd be using a laptop she led me to the showroom where there were more round tables and chairs. Along the way she pointed out the bathrooms, vending machines, and fridge full of complimentary water bottles. I sat and used their free wifi for almost 2 hours and got so much work done! When the technician came by to let me know my car was ready he was also very friendly and answered all of my auto-illiterate questions with a smile. Last thing- as I was working on my laptop David Maus (yup, from the commercials!), or someone that looked just like him, walked by with his young daughter in his arms and greeted all of us. After leaving my contact info with a woman who sounded like Consuela from Family Guy and, for the life of her, couldn't seem to get my phone number correct, here I am two days later, STILL waiting for a callback...But it gets better. So, after doing a bit of research, I noticed that the same car was listed on their sister site, so I tried calling them. The woman who answered spoke English!!! But that was the end of the good news. She woke up some guy named Brandon (how fitting) who had decidedly more interest in the intense study of the inside of his eyelids than ever selling a car. In fact, I even apologized for waking him before ending the call, to which his reply was a grunt. I remember, twenty years ago THIS MONTH, buying my first GTI, a '03 VR6. I called the dealership, told them what I wanted, went down and paid for it, done. You would think, in these economic times, they would be f#%*@&g THRILLED to sell ANY car, much more so a $40,000 vehicle with ZERO sales influence needed, especially for unheard of things like an extended warranty and paint protection, etc...But I guess COVID killed that, too.
