    My 2019 GT3 Touring in for an oil change & brake flush.

    I don't often write reviews, but when I do, it's for exceptional customer service, and that's precisely what I have experienced buying cars and getting them serviced at Porsche Orlando in Maitland, Florida. Special shout-out to my service advisor, Aaron Alie and my favorite technician, Matthew Hall for taking such good care of me and all my PCars.

    Colin was very friendly, the entire process was quick & easy. Overall better experience than the other dealerships in Orlando & would tell everyone to go there first! Keith was also very quick & easy transaction with trading in my Mercedes.

    Waited 15 min and no sales associates came out to help me on a vehicle that I was interested on.

I waited in the lounge, scrolled through posts, and surfed the net while I waited. Got texted with inspection notes and recommend services, but I declined. After an hour and half later, they texted me and said they were done. I paid the bill in the counter and left. The service staff are friendly and helpful, but the prices here are very expensive. But they get the job done and I trust them because this is the place where I bought my car. For other advanced services, I might look elsewhere for cheaper prices and still reliable. But if you are looking for reliability and friendly staff, Autonation is still good. Overall: B

    I was impressed that this dealership was able to fix a notorious transmission problem with my F150…read morelast year. I had it to two dealers in the area that were unable to resolve the problem, and I was pleased that their tranny specialist Scotty was able to conquer the task. However, I recently took my truck in for a simple oil change and tire rotation last month and had issues. The service advisor informed me that I had an oil leak. So I scheduled the repair for the following week. For some reason, they still changed the oil despite knowing it would be done again the following week. This cost me nearly $300. They should have held off on the oil change rather than pushing it through and charging me unnecessary money. The repair was supposed to take 5-days, but ended up taking 2-weeks. I requested a loaner vehicle with a trailer hitch, but that never happened despite fighting the issue. I had to hire a driver to move our work trailer between job sites that cost me $400. The service manager was actually considerate and waived the loaner car fee for my inconvenience. I could have overlooked this issue, but when I finally got my truck back, I noticed a ding in the driver side door. My truck is immaculate, so I know for certain this happened at the dealership. I basically just gave up, as they seem too busy to care about customer service. Customers should never feel this way, but it is what it is. Overall, they're pretty good, but don't set your standards too high or expect a good customer service experience.
