Dont go here. Either scam or really bad mechanics. Took in car with no history of problems for oil leak - they said it was oil gasket and talked us into total of $2200 in repairs. Car was worse when we left - took it back and was told a couple of times it was fine. Ended up with blown engine that I believe was from work they did. I'm not really the type to leave reviews. I tend to forget when I get good service, and unless the bad service is so awful it warrants a public warning, I usually let that slide too. But I want to make an exception here and point something out: These people absolutely own me. I've brought my cars to them for a while, but most recently I brought in a small Class B motorhome that my wife and I were about to take on a 15,000-mile road trip. I was getting a hot coolant smell under the hood--like maple syrup--and wanted to make sure it wasn't going to become a problem on the road. Bobby, the mechanic, did a two-hour leak-down test that didn't show anything conclusive. He asked me to put a few hundred miles on it and bring it back in two weeks. They declined to charge me for the visit. When I came back, Bobby ran another leak-down test, and this time tightened three hose clamps. Then the amazing part happened: Bobby and William (behind the counter) conferred and agreed--again--that there should be no charge. Who the hell says "no charge" in 2025? The point isn't that they work for free--it's that Larry, the owner, has put together a team of deeply knowledgeable professionals who act with integrity. They're not being squeezed by corporate overlords or pressured into shady upselling. They prefer to work with other professionals, and it shows. I used to like and trust Magic Mechanic. They're expensive, but I thought they were worth it. However, this time, after about $1000.00 worth of services, I had to clean my garage floor, drive back to the Magic Mechanic (my gas, my time and tolls) because the mechanic left a plastic oil bottle in my engine compartment. They said "whoops and sorry" and gave me a $10 coupon for next time. I'm very lucky I didn't have an engine compartment fire. $10 doesn't even cover my gas and tolls. I had an ignition miss on a Ford Explorer Sport Trac, I paid the very high diagnostic fee. I was told that I needed new plugs and 8 new coil packs. Long story short, one spark plug had a damaged electrode, I diagnosed it on my own by removing the easiest plug to access. I seriously doubt that the tech ever even looked at my truck. They had quoted me close to $900 for a problem that was cured by a $12.00 spark plug. These guys used to be reputable, how times have changed. read more

I got a diagnostic around April 14th and they suggested a battery my battery light would light up and stay on when I replaced the battery the light went off for a little while but came back on so I called and told them what happened they said come back and we'll diagnose it again so it turned out to be the alternator I had to wait and they made sure to get my vehicle back to me as quick as possible I was waiting Great job read more

It all began in October 2024. Being a follower of the Magic Mechanic Radio Show, we decided to call in about a particular problem we were having starting up our truck. Larry Perry suggested we call a contact of his who could actually come to us and check out our situation. That sounded good since we lived two counties away. I called the number provided and was connected with the location on Lee Rd, Orlando (30 mi one way via I-4). I was informed contrary to the show conversation that they don't come to you, you have to go to them. If anyone knows that roadway like I did after commuting it for over 21-years, it wasn't overjoyed by the prospect. Well, my wife and I made the trip caravan-style, November 4, with her following in our second car, a compact that I couldn't adjust the seat to drive, only she could drive it (this important for later). We got there and there was a diagnostic fee of over $110. We left the truck for a couple of days. By the 6th we were informed the work was done. We once again made the 60 total miles trip to retrieve our truck. They said the starting problem didn't present itself under their inspection, but a wiring harness that looked burned was replaced. The total bill was $442.93. This would've been fine but days later, when my wife was in ICU in Ormond Beach the truck wouldn't start. For over 10 days when I had to drive to the hospital to be with my wife, I had to jump start the truck to get it going. When I had the opportunity, I contacted the Magic Mechanic location to explain there was a problem, the truck wasn't fixed. I was told that I could bring the truck back and let them work on it some more. How would I get back with my wife still in ICU? I asked about a loner vehicle. One wasn't available. Instead, it was suggested I rent a car. At this point, I told them I wasn't comfortable with returning the vehicle and getting a rental. I asked if I could get a partial refund on the total bill, since the problem appeared to be unresolved. I was told that wasn't possible. They wouldn't work with me. As a result, I continued jump starting my truck so that I could be with my wife and eventually get home before Thanksgiving. In the meantime, I took my vehicle to a local business to see if the starting issue could be figured out. Through a process of elimination and further testing, it was determined that my truck had a bad battery. The problem with starting my truck was solved for a fraction of what I had already paid by replacing the battery. After all of this, I can't really give much of a rating on the work of Magic Mechanic or the radio show. read more

LOVE THESE GUYS! How do you find a mechanic that won't scam you? This is how. it started 2 years ago with my 07 Eclipse having starting issues. I called these guys up, they told me what it could possibly be, what i needed to buy and how to change it. I bought the part and installed myself. They never saw a penny from me. 2 years later I heard a ticking noise in my eclipse. I suspected the timing belt. Went to drive it over to them and it died on i4. Had it towed the rest of thr way. Since I never brought a car to these guys before I was concerned about getting hit with BS. You know. Oh its this and that and you need this and 5k later youre out money you didn't need to spend. I got a call from JD a couple days later. Bad news. Its the timing belt. And in your car you probably bent all your valves. You're looking at over 2k in repairs. Did I really bend my valves? Is this a mechanic just bending me over? Nope. Not at all! I said that's more money than my car is worth. Can i leave it there until I decide what I'm going to do. Sure JD replied. My car sat there taking up space for a week while I went car shopping. A few days later i called and asked how much i owe so far for the diagnostic. Dont worry about it JD said. What? A mechanic isn't taking my money? Odd. A couple more days of car shopping and I drove off with a new 19' Scat Pack Challenger. 2 days later realized my mistake when i was only getting 13 mpg, i decided to call JD and told him to fix my car. I'm going to need a 2nd car as my daily driver LOL. I said replace the clutch too. Its probably time. He asked if it was slipping. I said no. He said then dont do it. Don't spend more than you need to. Wait? Now hes saving me money too? What kind of mechanic is this? Any other would of just done the repair and taken my money. It gets better. He checked the compression a week ago to see if I bent my valves. There was no seal so he informed me they were bent. After he took it apart to replace everything he discovered how lucky i was. I get a call from him. JD said hes only seen this one other time 16 years ago. When my timing belt snapped it wrapped around the cam locking the valves open in a safe position. Which is why no compression. None of my valves are bent. This is going to cost a lot less than he thought. THIS! This is how you know you found a honest mechanic! Allows me to leave my car there, tells me not to do repairs I don't need, informs me the damage wasn't what he expected and it'll be much cheaper. Also.... its not like I was a returning loyal customer. This was my First time here and this is how I was treated. I am definitely a loyal customer now. read more

Don't go here. Went in for a standard oil change. Promised to get us in one morning, then on morning of cancelled on us and told us we had to drop it off overnight. Next afternoon, they call and tell us they want to do an unnecessary tune-up and quote me a 140$ repair. Later when we pick up, it turns out they had done a $100 oil change with a 10k mile oil we did not request and they charge $200 for the repair they quoted as $140. Not to mention they left our white car completely filthy with grime/grease stains. Money is tight during coronavirus... don't go here at this time. Find someone better. We took our car in for an oil leak. They told my husband first come first serve. We understood that. Called the following week still not working on the car. Labor Day came and went still no answer from them. Another week goes by and we get a call that it will be 2,300 for everything that had to be done. My husband ok'd it we are going on third week. I called on a Friday to ask if they could repair a faulty thermostat sensor. the gentleman on the phone said absolutely, and can i bring the car in on Monday. I said i could leave the car there all day Monday and he responded that wouldn't be necessary as that would likely be done by noon if i showed up by 8. Monday morning at 8 Am i am there and drop the car off. They notify me theyll will have to do a $160 diagnostic first and i said ok. he let me know someone would call me as soon as the diagnostic was done. I had a friend drive me to work and pick me up and bring me back. I showed up after work at 5pm because they close at 6. i asked at the counter and was told they hadn't even brought the car back yet. I was shocked and i asked why not and was told "first come first serve" as he showed me a stack of invoices. i said i dropped the car off at 8 AM and there was not a soul in the waiting room when i dropped off. He told me i could bring the car back the next day. this place had my car all day and did nothing at all. I didnt even receive a courtesy call to let me know that my car wasnt going to be repaired that day although i was told it would be done by noon. Believe the bad reviews! i wish i would have looked them up before i went in. I will never take my car back there and i would recommend no one go there either unless you enjoy your time being wasted. The whole first come first serve is BS i was one of the first there that day and the place was empty. if they couldnt get to the vehicle to even run the diagnostic, then a call should be made to the customer letting them know. My battery needed replacement and I was referred to this location by another store. When I called, Ron was awesome. He quoted me a fair price and offered to order the battery for install the next day. He even called me the morning the part arrived. When I arrived, unfortunately Ron was not at the desk. There was another employee there helping a customer. I stood out there for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement - verbal or visual - from the employee. It was like I never even walked in. I have my own theories on why that would be...If it wasn't because I'd ordered the part and needed the replacement stat, I would have left. Thankfully Ron came out and immediately asked if I needed assistance. I was overly grateful that he was the same person I'd spoken to previously and proceeded to get the assistance I came in for. Ron had my battery replaced in just under 45 min and I was on my way. Thank Ron for salvaging this review and my first impression of this establishment. They're luck to have you! read more

Immediately tried to scam me for hundreds of dollars of unnecessary services! I came in for a quick oil change for my 2005 civic. The mechanic must have been using oil he stole from a sultan in Zanzibar because the total came out to $130, three times more than I have ever paid anywhere else. The man at the desk also gave me an estimate of $1500 and told me I needed a whole work up, ESPECIALLY a new timing belt. I went to the mechanic I trusted who showed me my car history and that he had personally changed my timing belt last year and it was the last thing I needed work on. I'll be sure to warn everyone of the most crooked car shop I have ever come across. read more

I took my son's 2015 Ford Fiesta to the Magic Mechanic because the serpentine belt was unraveling. What was supposed to be a 90 minute fix turned out not to be. After leaving the car I was called by MM to come back because the State Trooper needed my current insurance card. Upon my return I was told my car was rear ended by another driver as the mechanic that test drove my car was pulling into the shop. However, the other driver who struck my car said the mechanic was actually backing out onto Lee Rd. The trooper said he was not going to cite either driver because there was no independent witness. The MM building has a camera on the corner which would have recorded the accident but I was told it was a dummy camera and the working camera was pointing straight down. The trooper also said he knows mechanics lie What???? So, now I have a damaged car. MM buffed our the scuff markets to the left rear corner of the bumper but could not fix the big scratch marks where the paint was scraped off. To make matters worse, MM diagnosed my car as needing not only a serpentine belt but an AC compressor and dryer with an estimated cost of $1502.00. Allegedly, the bearings in the compressor were wearing out and making a noise. I asked if they could work with me on the cost since I now have a damaged car after leaving it in their care. MM was not receptive to do anything to compensate me for the damage my car now has. Frustrated, I picked my car up and took the car to Ford where I should have taken it in the first place. Ford diagnosed the issue as needing a new serpentine belt. The AC was fine and had no issue. The slight noise was coming from the timing chain and gear. These issues were fixed at a cost much less than what the MM wanted for an issue that did not exist. I strongly recommend not taking your car the MM which is a rip off with no customer service whatsoever. I've taken my vehicle to this place a few times before when I still had my extended warranty. It was great! Service was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Never had a problem. Fast-forward a few years (today to be exact. A Monday.) and their parking lot is jam-packed. I'm talking all spots filled and cars parked all down the middle lanes. This place is way too small for the volume of vehicles needing repairs. When I went in, I spoke to the gentleman at the desk, explained what was wrong and the first thing he told me was that my vehicle would not even get LOOKED at until the end of the week. For me, that is completely unacceptable given this is my only vehicle. This really is a great business and one of the best in Orlando, but they need to rethink their layover strategy. I'm hoping things change soon. At any rate, their radio show and radio advertisement seems to be paying off, now let's turn some of that income into more staff and a bigger location. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Magic Mechanic for four years. They are the only place I trusted to touch my car. No more. I took my car in at 7:30am on Monday morning to have them look at the burning oil smell I was still having after they had already said they repaired an oil pan leak. (I was pretty sure it was the CV boot leaking on the catalytic converter). I also was now experiencing strong vibrations when driving. They said they would be looking at my car at 12:30pm. Monday at 4pm I called and they still had not touched my car. They said there were three cars still ahead of mine. Tuesday at 3pm I called and they said their were 3 cars ahead of mine. I was rather upset that it was day 2 with still nothing done on my car and still, supposedly, 3 cars ahead of me. I wished they had told me Monday morning it would be 3 or 4 days before they would even look at my car. At 4pm I called to tell them I was going to take my car to a mechanic who has time to work on my car but a tech had just taken it out so I thought, perhaps, they were finally going to get around to fixing my car. They called back at 5:15pm with the following estimate: - New CV Axle - $285 - Transmission Transfer Case - fluid is real black & need new filter - MAY need a new transmission. They were going to flush it first for $769 but a new transmission for the Subaru is over $2,000 and that may be what's needed if the flush doesn't work. - Power Steering Rack & Pinion - leak including alignment - $185 - New rear tires - $183 I knew I needed new tires. They did not acknowledge that they mis-diagnosed the leak earlier. They said they would flush the transmission first thing Wednesday morning and then give me a call. I called Wednesday (DAY 3) at 1pm and was told that they had not done anything on my car yet. At this point I was pissed that I was consistently lied to and stuck having to bum rides from friends not to mention being without my car longer than I was expecting. Magic Mechanic was not the least bit concerned about this nor were they able to give me any time frame NOR were they concerned about the earlier mistake. I ended up picking up my car from Magic Mechanic who seemed glad to be rid of me. I took it to another place for a second opinion. Within HOURS Bill diagnosed my car as needing a new CV boot and nothing else. I now have my car back within one day from Mechanics Plus who provided excellent customer service and, to boot, he only charged me $180 for the work that Magic Mechanic was going to charge $285! I now wonder how many other times I've been ripped off by these guys who don't seem to care about their customers. Perhaps it's because Larry is no longer there or perhaps they have grown too big and too busy to worry about keeping good customers or maybe all they want to do is oil changes. Regardless, I've learned that just because someone's on the radio and charges outrageous prices, it doesn't mean they are honest or provide good service. read more

I have been a loyal customer of the Magic Mechanic for many years. A few weeks ago I called for a price to install a new Jasper engine in my 2006 Chevy Silverado work truck and was quoted $5,200.00 dollars over the phone for the complete install. I dropped off my truck 2 days later and asked J.D. to do a complete check and let me know if any other repairs where needed. JD call em the next day to let me know they had miss quoted the engine and the cost to install the Jasper engine including the install kit ( that they failed to add into the install price ) would be $8,400.000 PLUS he told me the rack and pinion in my truck was leaking and needed to be replaced for an additional $1,300.00 and there where other minor repairs needed and I was looking at just over $10,000.00 for the repairs on my 2006 work truck. I had to get a second opinion. A close friend recommended West Auto repair on Old Winter Garden Road. To make a long story short they offered to sell me the Jasper engine at dealer cost if I would pay for the engine cash upfront. With the install kit the cost was $2,100.00 and he agreed to charge me $1,500.00 to install the new engine. I also asked him to replace the bad rack and pinion and Rick told me it turned out to be a bad power steering hose not the rack. The total for ALL of my repairs threw West Automotive was a whooping $4,800.00 that included a generous tip for both the owner and mechanic. And I still have my 3 year , 100,000 mile warranty threw Jasper. My trust in the Magic mechanic has been shattered and I feel they are now charging so much for there service that it should be criminal. I would have been happy to pay the $5,200 for the new engine plus all the other repairs but they had to milk me for an EXTRA $3,200.00 for an install kit that was included in the $2,100.00 engine from Jasper. To over charge a single engine customer more then $5,000.00 on one job is horrible and to quote a $1,300 rack and pinion when I only needed a $35.00 hose, SHAME, SHAME, SHAME LARRY PERRY I used to trust your shop and now I will warn every one i come across to avoid you and your shop. Please feel free to contact me for copies of my receipt and Jasper warranty, And yes J.D. this was your screw up so put your mask on and get a gun when you rob someone. read more

The staff are all friendly and courteous, but that's about the extent of it. I took my car in because I was hearing odd noises coming from under the hood of my car (RPM issues, etc). I dropped it off on a Monday and they told me I would hear back from them the next morning. Waited all day Tuesday and heard nothing. Called Wednesday morning and they told me that I needed to come in to ride with the mechanic so I could point out to him what exactly was wrong. I came in and did the test ride; the mechanic was as nice and friendly as can be and took all of my concerns seriously. They tell me that the'll be in touch with me early the next morning. Thursday rolls around, nothing. Finally, I got so fed up because I needed my car for the weekend that I called them on Friday. They told me that they haven't looked at my car yet at they could get it up on a lift by 6pm that night. So I picked up my car and never looked back. The people are friendly. That's 50% of the problem solved. The fact is that during my experience, they were horrible at communicating. During the entire week that my car was there, not one phone call was made to me about my car; I always initiated the calls. And waiting an entire week just to have the car looked at? I understand that they are busy, but quite frankly that's ridiculous. I also asked them for a quote for an oil change. $59. Fifty nine dollars for a lube/oil/filter. I drove it two lights down and took it to the Texaco Oil Change station and had it done for $18.99. I don't even want to know what their prices are like for the work that needed to be done on my car. read more

A recent review got me going, on my experiences at magic mechanic. You know I wanted to like these guys, I listen to their show on the radio a lot. The host that is the owner of magic mechanic comes across like a legit guy. But my 3 experiences there tell me different. On the radio they say things like we will give you a loaner car for free, while yours is being worked on. They also say they just don't switch out parts till they hopefully fix the problem. Well I brought my car there because of an engine light that basically said there was a problem with the emissions. They charged me almost $100 dollars to run a test using smoke. I figure cool they will find the problem. Well not only did they say my gas cap leaked but my tank leaked and some other nonsense. Basically saying it would cost me $1000 to replace certain parts, which pretty much was the total emissions system. I asked ok, if I pay this amount will you guarantee the problem will be fixed, the answer was no. Sorry $1000 guess doesn't compute. Then one time I took my car in for a rough idle, the mechanic told me I needed a new coil. It was pretty expensive, I also knew how to replace it myself, so told them no. Well they charged me for the diagnosis and it wasn't cheap. Ok I can live with that. Well I drive home and the car is driving fine. I think what the heck I didn't pay for that expensive repair why is it working now. Well I pulled over and pulled the plugs, because I do that kind of stuff once in awhile. I found that one plug was replaced. So I have been driving now for 100k miles later and the car has been working fine. Never had to change the coil. There was another time I used them with similar results. I no longer use them as an option, they charge for diagnoses and it doesn't pay. We are talking like $90 bucks to do that for many different problems. Even simple things. They say on their show stop by for a free diagnose, good luck there. Also don't expect to get a loaner car it's bogus. I have asked for one days in advance and they never have one. The guy that picks up the phone doesn't even miss a beat when he says it. It's like he was trained to say that line. The other thing is they tell you a time to pick up your car and its never ready and they don't seem to care. I have had to wait for an hour one time alone for them to finish work. It's not the best place to wait while your car is in a bay. The guy I think Larry that does the show does not do the work, so he probably thinks everything is smooth, knows they are a ripoff, or just doesn't care. It's a shame because his radio show is pretty good. But the actual honesty is a mirage. Their hourly rate I think is higher then the dealer, so go figure. . read more

I took the car to BMW for a diagnosis, paid for the diagnosis there, I called Magic Mechanic and they were told exactly what was need it, They quoted me cheaper. I paid to tow the car there, when they did the diagnosis, they were double of what I was told over the phone, then once again I had to pay for a towing to BMW, because now they are a lot cheaper and then I had to pay a diagnosis again to Magic . To be off by $1200 of the quoted rate over the phone is a huge difference. read more

I was very clear with what I needed fixed over the phone and asked for a quote. They quote $750. So we towed the car to their place because they were giving us a cheaper quote than the other places. We left the car there over the weekend and they got to it on Monday afternoon and said the person who gave the quote was new and it would be more like $1400 (now way more than any other place). They would not give any discount for the bait and switch they pulled or the mistake they made. When we asked to speak to a manager, apparently the person who quoted us $750 was the manager. Scammers! Had to pay $240 for diagnostic and was told that I need a new engine and throttle body, which came up to roughly $8,000...for a rebuilt engine, not even a new one! I found 4 reputable shops closer to my house that all quoted me between $3,000-$4,000 less for the exact same thing and they all had better warranties. But my husband is stubborn and decided to go with this place anyway. They have had our truck for 10 days now and my husband has had to call every day to find out what's going on. On top of that they gave us a crappy little Toyota Camry to use and said that we wouldn't be charged for the rental then charged $200 to my card. This place is a complete joke! I was greeted upon entering and did not feel shamed or looked down on for being female and not knowing much about my car except basics. I have a bmw suv and had a very poor experience at the bmw dealership service center which made me question where to find someone who would be honest. I've taken my car to Magic Mechanic for about 5 years! I've always gotten prompt, honest service with thorough communication! The mechanics are extremely qualified and staff always have the car ready when stated! I have never experienced them trying to upsell me on anything....which I really appreciate! Over the years, I've had a few quirky things occur with my car that didn't always show up on the computerized diagnostics! They went out of their way to figure it out! This last year I moved and tried a mechanic that came highly recommended closer to my home! Although the work was fine, there communication and turnaround time was drastically different! In my first experience, they had my car for weeks (where I'm sure MM would have done the job in a days!) My second experience resulted in my car being towed to them on a Thursday! I was informed they'd look at it, let me know and fix it on Friday! Friday morning came and I still hadn't heard from them....so I called and they informed me they'd need my car till mid week for a 6.5 hour job! I was scheduled to trade this car in on Saturday! I thought, what in the world am I going to do? ...Of course, call Magic Mechanic, the wonderful mechanic that I strayed from because of a little distance! Jason informed me at noon....if I could get the car there that day, they'd get it done! It was a 6.5 hour job! With tow truck delays and their issues, my car didn't arrive till 315pm! I thought there was no way I could expect for my car to get done, they close at 6pm! MM made it happen! They put several mechanics on the job and had it done by 545! I was elated! When picking up my car! I was actually approached by one of the master mechanics who worked on my car! He just wanted to say thank you for the work! I WILL NEVER cheat on MM again! These guys are the best! They do very professional work and back their work 100%! I have a 2002 GMC Envoy, they replaced my water pump, cooling fan, fan clutch, shroud and relay. I had an issue with the fan 2 years later and they repaired it under warranty. Great guys! Tim is great! Highly recommend these guys! read more

Got an oil change. Switched me to Amsoil synthetic European. Don't need another oil change for a year. NICE!!!

This shop is a joke. Not only do they work at a snails pace, they NEVER call you to let you know what's going on. I had to call them EVERY single time to find out information about my boyfriends truck that they had for over a week. First they got the wrong part, then the mechanic that was working on it called out sick. then we were told it would be done, we drove up there only to be told sorry it's not ready the mechanic called out again come back tomorrow. Are you kidding? You're a SHOP with numerous mechanics find someone else to finish the job!!! Then we call the following day and are told "it'll be done within the hour come on down". That was at 1pm. We came down at 2pm and it STILL WASNT FINISHED. Then we were told they "forgot to do the alignment" so finally at 5 PM he received his truck. If you want a slow shop with AWFUL customer service, then this is the place for you. read more

I went to Magic Mechanic due to their reputation. The staff was knowledgeable and seemed extremely helpful. Due to my work schedule I had one day to get the repairs done to my car. A simple procedure for them of replacing my steering rack and pinions, with an allignment all together the bill was over $1200. I just wanted it done and done correctly so I tried not to flinch at the pricing. I ordered the steering rack and prepaid $526 as a show of good faith in their reputation. I was guaranteed the week prior that if I came in the following Monday when they opened my car would go in early and I should be out by early afternoon. Being a first come first serve shop I got in from 745a- 3p, just 15 mins after opening. I saw customers that came in after me, coming in and getting out sooner than me. I asked for a ballpark time estimate I was told about 3 or 4 in the afternoon. So a little later then the early afternoon slot we were shooting for. I still wasn't phased because I knew this to be a bigger job than most of the others. Finally I went outside for a bite with a friend in the area coming up the parking lot I saw my car sitting in the same parking spot. I asked the guy who took my keys for service how long on my car. He said and I quote "he's taking it for a test drive when he comes back I'll ask him how much time." I told him "really because it's still in the same parking spot." After the blank expression he told me that there was one person ahead of me, and that person had more issues than they thought they would have to deal with hence the delay. That my car would go in next. It was 3 and my car still hadn't gone in for service. No apology was offererd, he just said that my car would be out about 6-7. When I said I couldn't a loaner was offered. I drove 40 mins out of my way to get my car fixed . Wasted a great chunk my day off. A loaner was not an option. I had the thought to use the day's circumstances to reduce the bill, but honestly at that point I didn't want to waste anymore time on a shop that lied to customer's faces to get them out of the way. I wish I would have read these reviews prior. In the end I suggest another shop. read more

I had a sudden issue with my brakes on my SUV. I dropped my car off at 11AM and had it fixed and ready by 2PM. I was thinking it was going to be hundreds of dollars. They called me and told me it was just a small part that had gone bad. They fixed it quickly and they didn't overcharge me. Good honest shop. These guys are my new mechanic! Thank you! read more

My car window decided to stop working last night, I called them today and had me bring it right in they checked it out and had it fixed in 2 hours at a very reasonable price.
