Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately blamed the post office and said the package was lost. However, the post office advised me to verify if the seller had physically mailed the item at all -- something the company was unable to prove. It seems like a shipping label may have been created without the item ever being handed over. No clear answers, no proof of shipment, and no real effort to resolve the issue. Customers shouldn't have to do the investigation themselves after paying for an order. Very disappointing experience and I would be cautious ordering from them.

The staff was pretty helpful in locating the right size, and it wasn't long before my wife had her pair, and away we went back towards the hotel. It was very convenient that there was an Athlete's Foot on Canal Street; given the situation, so happy that we were able to find a clean, well-organized shoe store that was easy to navigate, ask for the right size, and get on with our stay in the Crescent City.

What made the situation even more unsettling is that his own staff, who were standing nearby, were the only ones who showed any kind of professionalism. One of them looked over and said, "Good evening." That moment spoke volumes. If your team has to pick up the slack for your lack of basic human decency, something is seriously wrong with how your business is being run. Three pair of sneakers caught my eye, but sizing was completely different between them all. I finally landed on a pair of Huaraches which I learned were brand new. Brought socks but left them at the hotel, so $20 for a pack of socks added to my bill. That's a little ridiculous, but price and demand, right? The sales ppl were nice, all spent a lot of time talking and preventing more than 4 customers in the door. The one helping me seemed new, but there was another guy who stepped in and helped with the sale and he sprayed my new kicks before I took them on the road too. Spent way more time than expected in here, and forgot to take pics, but the visit was worth it.
