The tracking never moved, and when I contacted the company they couldn't even confirm whether the package was actually shipped or ever picked up by the carrier. Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately blamed the post office and said the package was lost. However, the post office advised me to verify if the seller had physically mailed the item at all -- something the company was unable to prove. It seems like a shipping label may have been created without the item ever being handed over. No clear answers, no proof of shipment, and no real effort to resolve the issue. Customers shouldn't have to do the investigation themselves after paying for an order. Very disappointing experience and I would be cautious ordering from them.

Lots of the same styles, so not a ton of variety there. One thing that really stood out was the shoe section, especially if you're a size 10. There was a very large selection, which isn't always easy to find. Overall, a solid stop if you're looking for quality denim and shoes, but also know that it's Nordstrom Rack so options will always vary.

Three pair of sneakers caught my eye, but sizing was completely different between them all. I finally landed on a pair of Huaraches which I learned were brand new. Brought socks but left them at the hotel, so $20 for a pack of socks added to my bill. That's a little ridiculous, but price and demand, right? The sales ppl were nice, all spent a lot of time talking and preventing more than 4 customers in the door. The one helping me seemed new, but there was another guy who stepped in and helped with the sale and he sprayed my new kicks before I took them on the road too. Spent way more time than expected in here, and forgot to take pics, but the visit was worth it.
