Editing to add that I posted the comment immediately after speaking with a representative of the business who told me different info than what the business owner replied. She asked if my senior dog had been boarded before and I said yes, explaining that I travel around the country and board my dogs quarterly and send them to daycare monthly. She was clear that they have phased out accepting senior dogs who haven't been their clients. She also said I needed several days of daycare to assess temperament. It sounds like there may be some disconnects between this company's policies and what their reps say. This can probably be remedied with some training. I appreciate the kind response from the business owner (+1 star for that) and wish Friends of Toto all the best as they get the communication issue with prospective clients sorted.

Her billing process is transparent and digitized, with biweekly billing statements sent right to my inbox. Scheduling is a breeze - you can do it online or directly with her, which is super convenient, and she keeps it all very organized. She's also very pleasant to interact with and is legitimately a nice person. Lastly, All Ears' customer service is top notch - she even got her clients a cute little All Ears mug as a holiday 'thank you' gift. All Ears is not the high school kid from down the street or a total rando from an app; it is someone who takes her small business seriously and goes above and beyond to develop a professional relationship with her clients that is built on trust. I have…read morebeen taking Bowser to the puppy socials for the last couple weeks, he is a german shepherd but very small for his age (11 weeks) They divide the social up between ages and are very attentive to what's going on with the pups. Heidi is very nice and you can tell she really loves the dogs, which is super important to me. Bowser is having a great time and learning to be social. When he is older I would trust them to do daycare and other classes/ events. A great place!
