I purchased a firearm from an out-of-state retailer and had it shipped to The Armories. The package was delivered almost a week ago, and despite multiple phone calls to confirm delivery and ask whether they needed any additional information from me, the only response I've received is that they will text me when it's processed. At this point, it's frustrating that there has been no communication or update on the status of my transfer. What makes the situation even more disappointing is that The Armories charges a $55 transfer fee, which is significantly higher than many other FFLs in the area that charge $25-$30. With a premium transfer fee, I expected a more efficient process and better communication. I understand that shops can get busy, but waiting over a week after confirmed delivery with no update and no timeline feels excessive. Based on the recommendations I received, I expected a much smoother experience. Hopefully, this is an isolated issue, but my first impression has been far from positive.

The offer was 2 times more, super easy, all shipping costs covered by them and $ in my account the day after they received and honored the offer. BTW the offer was 4 times more than the other shop that was clearly in cahoots with OFFFL. LADIES: BEWARE of this shady shop.
