Scammed my elderly mother $100 after she needed help getting her keys out of the trunk and she could not understand how to get the trunk unlocked from the inside of the car without the keys. Let me start by saying I went to another locksmith in Chico and he stated that the FOB I bought on line would not work...if your automatic locks are not working due to your FOB not working then you know my feelings...with that said I would like to say thank you so much lock guys for getting the same FOB to work. Everyone that helped me took time to trouble shoot and get the doors and trunk to work! The price was less than the dealer. I had my sister get a double key made she had the original one everything worked on it she went to this place and they told her to program another key would cost $25 she already had the key extra so she wanted to have a spare so to take her good key and destroy it I know that sounds crazy but that's what he did and now they can't fix a new one they gave her a temporary key that does not work on the locks or alarm instead of $25 the charger 200 this place should be ashamed of themselves she just is disabled and a senior citizen hopefully he will make this right but nothing has happened yet I guess it's time to call the better Business bureau I don't hear nothing from them in the next couple of days very sad how would you feel if it was your mom or grandma I got ripped off from these people now she only has one kid that don't work and the good keys they throw away she could not get it back from them these people hopefully they will make it right we will see one mad customer read more

I called early this morning, to which I got a reply after giving information they asked for " give us a few minutes and we will call you back". I waited over 2 hours before calling again and they said " he's getting on road now and will contact you soon." I thought cool. Its now 4:50 and I never received one phone call, nothing! We had Oroville Safe & Lock install a door on our little barn that is going to be a workshop. We thought maybe a rollup door but when the guys came out they said that a regular garage door complete with auto opener could be done for less money. They installed the door Friday 3/10/17 and we love it! Dave Garrison called this morning to say he had the key pad and would bring it out. He arrived a short time later with said key pad.
