I was then basically ignored for 2 more weeks by salesman until i had to cuss him out over text, got the truck finally in service and waited for 6 DAYS, just to be told they cant do anything with it at all and yo take it to ford. Decided to fix myself and all it need was a single oem coilpack. If i could give this place a 0 i would, but DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR USED VEHICLES, i cany say anything on buying new from here myself. I asked for a vehicle to be delivered that is 3 hrs away from me he tells me it will be here by 12 then 430-5 then 2 hrs later which is the time they close at 7 I call back he tells me he is in a meeting the text me he needs the rest of the money I sent him 500 already he told me I could be put in a payment plan to pay of the rest for the vehicle. I still never received the vehicle it's a new day and he's not answering the phone i have messages and photos of the vehicle so you guys won't be scammed to. Look I'm not gonna knock on the cars because I love my jeep. My issue is with the warranty…read moredepartment. Long story short I bought my Jeep from them a while ago and I purchased what I thought was a bumper to bumper 100K mile warranty... I turned my jeep in for over heating issues with the engine and then got billed more than my deductible and I raised a stink about it there and they came down. Now I moved to another state and the same damn problem happed again. Thankfully the dealership here is spot on and don't play now BS. But here again I'm covering a cost for a hose assembly that your warranty won't cover... bottom line if your gonna sell your customers an extended warranty and sell it as a bumper to bumper it better be just that... buyers beware...
