I was approved for a 2019 Chevy Malibu. They ran my credit specifically for that vehicle, confirmed its availability over the phone, and kept it listed on their website like it was ready to sell. But when I arrived at the dealership, everything changed. The sales rep told me the Malibu was no good--that it was "trash" and would not be sold to me. I was never offered the option to wait on repairs or to purchase it later. I was simply told it was off the table, and I was then shown other vehicles instead. Only two people were in the room during this conversation: me and my significant other, who clearly remembers exactly what was said. Yet, Enterprise later sent a letter to the state claiming I was offered the opportunity to wait on the vehicle--a complete lie. I asked what was wrong with the car and was told the sales rep didn't know, only that Enterprise wouldn't sell a car unless it was in top condition. That sounded good in theory, but in practice, they ran my credit, falsely advertised a vehicle, and then pulled a bait-and-switch. Even now, they're trying to rewrite the facts. I submitted my evidence--including communication, screenshots, and witness testimony--to the state. But Enterprise continues to dodge accountability by giving misleading responses and falsifying their version of events. I've tried to get legal help, but it's been difficult to find an attorney to take on what is clearly a case of consumer fraud and misrepresentation. If you're thinking of buying from Enterprise Car Sales, please be careful. Record your conversations. Get everything in writing. Don't assume they're being honest--because in my case, they weren't.

They confirmed it did, but unfortunately, I told them I was looking for one without. I was told I would not find a Venza Limited without one, they are equipped standard with them. Well, that is not true since there are some available for sale elsewhere. I don't know if that is sale pressure tactics or just lack of knowledge on a Toyota vehicle, either way, not a dealership I want to work with.

(Lie) Said I needed to bring it in anyway because of a recall (lie) . Brought car back in as scheduled and they said I needed Main bearing seal replaced along with expensive Idler arm. I stated that the car had never leaked a drop of oil. They insisted that it was. Had to pay up front for parts to be repaired. They wanted me to leave the car and they would get to it in a week. I said I would just bring it back. Got home looked under engine. Fresh motor oil all under neath. Wiped it off. And cleaned up mess on my garage floor. Watched it for three days No leak. Took it to another shop for inspection. No leak. Called service clerk and told her to cancel service and refund my money. Got run around when she could get it two days later I went back in Got service manager involved and demanded immediate refund. They kept two hundred dollars for the useless parts they ordered (and kept the parts). I asked about the recall and service tech it was just a software update (lie). Toyota doesn't update software ona twenty year old car. Car has never leaked leaked a drop of oil. Their mechanics are paid by the job. Bigger job bigger pay. Toss that in with a crooked conspirator of a service tech and you have a real effective fraud problem. Year later Still no leak

We signed up the night before we planned to purchase. Did the online credit app, and filled out all the information on our trade. We were even sent a Kelly Blue Book price for our trade by email (which was completed on the Orr website). When we arrived and settled on a vehicle that we liked, the salesman began to ask for all of that information again. We had to completely fill out all of the credit app, customer information, trade info, etc. Why did I waste my time filling it out ahead of time if it could not be used? Lastly, and my biggest complaint, was that when we were shown numbers on our deal, the offer for our trade was $3000 LESS THAN THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME THE NIGHT BEFORE. Seriously, if there was a problem with the trade in person, that would be one thing... but there was not. Felt like we were lied to by the Orr website. When I questioned them about this, they gave me the "well, you really can't go by the Kelly Blue Book," it's just an online estimate tool." Okay, if that's the case, then why even make it one of the things that you ask to complete ahead of time? We ended up leaving, and purchasing a Honda across the street. I'll never understand business tactics like that. Really is a shame, as their staff is so friendly and nice. Thus the reason for the 3 star rating.

Check out the rebates this month on the 2018 Kia Soul. Tyler was my salesman, and he went above and beyond any treatment I have ever received in purchasing a car. Oh Kia. Here you are. You've moved. You recently relocated. You built this gargantuan, sparkling…read morenew spot from the ground up. It all seems to be so perfect. You got your own place, your very own, no hand-me-downs from other previous dealerships. Your own real estate. Built to your exact specifications, I'm sure. And we, as a devoted Kia family with 2 KIas in our fleet that we bought brand new from your just-previous location, were too, also joined in your deserved excitement, of this new beginning and location. But alas, my first visit to your service area, ever, old or new location, has reiterated yet again to me, that it's not the bells-and-whistles that keeps up one's customer base in place, no, but it's the quality and care involved in the service to that customer that will retain that customer. And I am sad to report, that this very lot, this brand-spanking new lot, made the biggest mistake that I see dealerships make all the time!! Oft played out scenario: A customer buys a vehicle from a dealership. That customer at some point later, has inevitable problems with that vehicle. When customer returns vehicle to point of purchase for inspection and to research and resolve said issue, dealerships in general, and this dealership in particular, drop the proverbial ball time and time again. Instead of servicing the customer in a fair, timely, and affordable manner, this dealership, and most dealerships that I have dealt with in my driving life, do the absolute polar opposite than what should be done to satisfy the customer: They gouge. They hatchet you with price and ring ups. They then seem as if, though they are a certified dealership, getting that part, getting this fixed, could extend into the next generation. Your progeny will inherit this service ticket. And it's this that I've never understood about car dealerships. Selling the car should be just the introduction for the customer. More people would return to buy more cars, and make recommendations to friends and family in regards to the dealership, if the service that followed post-purchase was personable, fair, affordable, and top notch. But instead, you get the inflated former. And this explains why most people seek service for their vehicles outside of the dealership after they have initially purchased the vehicle from that dealership. One of these days, when we somehow emerge into a Utopian society, there will be a dealership that finally gets it! 1.) Customer purchases vehicle (This is the beginning!) 2.) Customer is treated with respect and treated well, and their previously-purchased vehicle from this very lot will be serviced in a fair, timely, and affordable manner. (This is ongoing) 3.) When that well-managed, well-taken care of vehicle finally sputters its' last breath, the customer returns to purchase yet another vehicle from the very same lot, maybe even the same sales person! (This is what we call repeat business) It's a shame! Looks like we're done with Kia. Hopefully, we'll be able to hold off for another vehicle until Utopia.
