From the moment I got help to schedule my appointment they were attentive and got me on a waiting list for a sooner appointment. Each person I've worked with has been kind and they offer a high level of care. Communication: Communication efforts are 10/10 here. I get text reminders, emails and friendly calls when needed. With trepidation, I came here and was beyond pleased. The staff are wonderful. Everyone takes excellent care of you emotionally and physically. No one judges, scolds, or mocks... (I think many of us who've had bad past experiences fear this and of course past dentists who've been too forceful and quick.) Rest assured, this is a place of care and comfort. They explain everything to you and listen to you as well. It's interesting. A long time ago, my past dentist said I needed to extract a tooth. The tooth is in the back, never caused me pain, and didn't feel infected. I've never had it extracted and this dentistry said there is nothing wrong with it. It's nice to know I'm at a place where they are honest and knowledgeble and not trying to charge for a procedure I don't need. ** I also want to say... I have a friend who recently came to my dentristry. She hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years and was apprehensive because she thought they'd judge her. Nope. Today we have decided to change dentists. My wife just had had an appointment to get cavities filled canceled because this office told us we had a lapse in insurance. We called Humana who faxed over confirmation that we did not have a lapse. Then we were told we weren't on some monthly list that Humana sends them monthly, so the faxed form cant be trusted. Mind you, my wife was there just last month and saw the dental hygienist to identify the cavities on the same insurance. Add on top of this a year we couldn't go there because they followed their COVID shutdown with a several month renovation. This place was great. The work they do probably still is too. but you have pissed me off and now have to waste my time finding a new family dentist so thanks for the year plus wasted trying to get back in here.
