It was my first time choosing a doctor through Yelp, so I was a little nervous, but I'm so glad I did. I originally went in for orthotics. The first pair didn't work well for me, but he quickly identified the issue and had me come right back in to re-scan my feet. He had a new & different pair created for me that worked far better, and I really appreciated how proactive and committed he was to getting it right. Dr. Khadavi is warm, truly listens, and genuinely cares about his patients. I've since gone back to him for additional foot needs and continue to appreciate his responsiveness and attentiveness. I understand that delays can happen, but I don't understand the purpose of scheduling appointments at a specific time if they are not going to be honored or if patients are not kept informed about significant delays. It is now 6:00 PM, the office has already closed, and I still have not received a call from the doctor. I find this extremely unprofessional. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's, and I expected at least a courtesy call with an update or an opportunity to reschedule.
