Avoid this place !!!! I went there last Saturday and purchased a mattress from Vladimir the mattress did not work out for us never opened the packing never even sat on it . While I was there I asked him what the return policy was he said you have 30 days. NEVER mentioned it was NOT returnable . He was too busy talking about how his church was better than Catholic Church. While his kids lounged on the mattresses. They may not treat me fairly and lied to me by not telling all of the details. Yes made a point not to say it was not returnable . But I'll never go there or recommend it . I wish I had read the reviews, actually I wish Vladimir would have been honest. Terrible business. Sleezy operation. I refused delivery on one of the items I ordered in addition to a mattress. Even though I didn't accept delivery of this item , they billed my Visa card anyway.They have been promising to il issue a credit. Even though the manager promised to issue a credit as he agreed that I never took possession of the item, they have not done for two weeks. Therefore, I had to dispute the charge with visa. Originally, I gave the store in Northridge a rave review. That was before the product was delivered. I had a conversation with Amir, and he showed me several mattresses. The one I actually felt made a huge difference to aid with my backaches was a floor model. He showed me one that had an adjustable base. the mattress was a perfect fit when I tested it, I confirmed with him that that was the mattress that I needed in addition to the base when I tested it, I confirmed with him that that was the mattress that I needed in addition to the base. For someone with chronic pain, I did not realize how much an adjustable base could alleviate my pain. When the product was delivered, it came with a completely different mattress that I tested in the storage area (sold as is). When I called to complain about it, he made it seem as though this other mattress was the one I request. Why would I? I never once mentioned that was the mattress I liked. So, for now, I am either responsible to pay for a mattress that is no better than the one I currently have, or I need to list it and keep the current memory foam that is still in perfect condition. I am extremely disappointed, I will never return to Ortho mattress for another purchase ever again. So wrong. read more

My current bed model was retired so TemperPedic offered me a few options as a replacement. Before deciding on a replacement mattress I wanted to check them out in person. I can't into this store to do so. The lady Anna was so rude. I explained my situation and apparently she thought I was expecting to get the bed from them when I was there to try them only. When I tried clarifying she kept cutting me off with rude remark in a certain tone that was unacceptable for someone at a place of business. I also mentioned that the bed was originally purchased in Tennessee and once again, rudely she said " well we're not in Tennessee. I walked out because I was so angry. She has no right talking to people in such a manner. I left and went down the street to sit n sleep where they were kind and helpful AND COVID safe. We had a great experience here! My wife and I looked around multiple places for a long time before deciding to go here. We came in with our guard up because of what we felt were shady tactics at other locations (check out my review for The Mattress Store to learn more). We went with the bed that is comparable to the heavenly beds at Westin and W hotels. Tayo was fantastic to deal with and I recommend asking for him. He was friendly, nice, responsive, easy to work with and seemed genuinely concerned with our happiness with the product (he went above and beyond what was expected even after the sale when we had additional questions). I disagree about aggressive sales tactics mentioned in an earlier review...didn't experience any of that as we came back about 4 times over a 3 week period before deciding to buy and were pressured here FAR less than anywhere else. Great price from Ana and she helped me find a mattress just right for me. Great prices and great customer service. Update: Well, I take back the great price part... I have to buy 3 more mattresses And would not go here if you paid me. They said they would give me a deal with no tax and 230 dollars savings off the price of my original $1430 bed. I looked up the price online and I still paid 100 more for my bed. It's only valued at $1130 on the ortho site. Then I decided to go back because the bed I got was never as comfortable as the floor room one. They had a guarantee that is a 20 percent restocking fee and $100 dollar delivery fee (they did help me with that and I did know about the fee before I bought the first bed). I went in and decided to pay this fee because the bed I purchased never got as soft as the floor room (they said it takes 60 days to get broken in, who has that kind of time when your sleeping on a brick). I ended up paying tax on the extra $400 I paid from the first mattress to the second mattress (they would not honor the original deal). I spent almost $2000 dollars and at least I'm happy with the 2nd one. My advice look online at the price before you buy and think your getting a deal. Also they lied never looked into anything. Never called. So disappointed and I have pretty low standards so it's usually had to disappoint me. As a matter of fact this is the only negative review I've ever given, ever. read more

When I first purchased the mattress it was ALL GOOD excellent customer service the whole nine!....then when i wanted to exchange the mattress literally the next day i was ask "why whats wrong with it?" Literally nothing it was the perfect mattress we just wanted to exchange from a king to a cal king so it can fit properly on our bed frame...I was told i had to wait the 90 days which I agreed to and went ahead and purchased another mattress from them that was the right size same firmness and all for a separate bedroom...fast forward to the 30 day mark I call in and the representative i believe her name is Ana was very passive aggressive after learning of my intentions to swap out mattress...She gave me the old run around and the classic "Let me look into something ill give you a call back" After all that jive she processed my order and charged me 150$ delivery fee I WILL never give them my business again solely based off the way they handle exchanges and Anas rudeness! read more

Luke is seriously one of the nicest people I've ever met, what a gem. My boyfriend and I couldn't decide on something we could agree on, but Luke guided us through the entire process with ease. Ana gave us amazing service. She led us to the right bed like the three bears...just right! She also made us feel safe using her mask and giving us sheet papers to lay on. As other customers came in she gave them the right amount of attention without taking it away from us just as when we walked in and she was with someone else. All the reviews here are from years ago! Whatever you do if you pick a bed & they say it's under warrenty make sure you get every damn detail! I was told "ya it's a 20 year warrenty they'll replace it even if it dips 0.75 inches"... I was like that's great! After over 2 months my back starts hurting & the bed is dipping! So I call them & tell them I got pictures of how deep I'm falling into the damn bed! I'm getting sucked into a black hole! They said do you have a mattress I said obviously! They said what kind & then I describe it's like every other one on earth basically... got some boards blah blah... then they said "Oh! You need a bunky board!" I said a what??!! They said "ya you're screwed without it, it's a solid piece of wood". I said how much "they said $300"... I already paid $2100 at that point BUT MY BACK HURT SO MUCH I SAID WHATEVER & CHARGE MY CARD AND SEND IT OVER!!! Now they even charged me shipping $100! Now I'm over $2500 in charges for something that was supposed to be... $2000+tax! They sent an investigator to my home 8am sharp with a call 1hr earlier. If I missed this appointment they would deny my exchange and Warrenty. He checked out the bed tells me personally in my face that it's a defective bed and then uses paper and less than 2 pounds in weight to check how deep the bed would go. I weigh 185 pounds and this investigator is using less than 2 pound weights to see how deep the bed goes! LOL! After that they deny me my claim and Warrenty because they were able to see that I bought the "bunky boards" after I bought the bed! So even though the investigator said my bed is defective he denied the warranty and Exchange! After I get the news I call the Ortho Matress Warrenty department and tell them that if they continue to play games that I'm going to write a review and let everyone know what they're doing. They quickly disregard the report an investigation and send me a new bed. SO I THOUGHT! THIS BED IS EVEN WORSE THAN THE 1st BED! Now I need to call & do this all over again! I SHOULD'VE STICKED WITH AN ONLINE MATTRESS COMPANY! 1 call & they replace it... or refund you with no hassle & no investigations!!!! TRUST ME STAY AWAY FROM THE LIES!!! I do sleep better on this mattress then the Select Comfort I had for 15 years. However I've slid off the side of this Ortho mattress several times. They insisted I buy a soft mattress. It's impossible to sit on it because it sinks so much.. You can't flip it it's one-sided. I complained that it was too soft and they wanted pictures. Buying the mattress at this store was fine. Sadly, the very very expensive mattress which 2 years later has completely sunken in where we sleep. The mattress is so uncomfortable and my back now hurts. I went to the company and they sent a person to check the bed and they said the bed has sunk 1/2" and it needs to have sunk 3/4" for them to replace. So I will replace the mattress but I will never buy another ortho mattress again. read more

This place, & Danny in particular, stand out in a crowded place called mattress shopping. We went to 3-4 stores to check out mattresses and shop for a deal. Long story short, after I received and didn't love my online mattress, I went back to Danny, happy I did. Ended up with a top of the line Simmons set that I wanted to purchase but stalled at spending the dough. Danny helped educate me & worked w me to get the best price. I love my new bed! Danny knows mattresses and doesn't pressure you to make a sale, he's also got a great sense of humor (we were laying on the beds trying to find the right one laughing at the absurdity of it & he let us do our thing).
