Apparently this store does this frequently. They must miss on a lot of sales. Everyone who was there at 4:20pm came back and there was a few more people at 5:36pm waiting. Sales rep was great, no issues there, no pressure to buy. This review is more about the pillow. I know the contour pillow may work for others, but this pillow is not working for me. I've slept on it for 6 nights now and still haven't "adjusted" to it. I'm waking up with a sore neck. I'm a clean person and obviously use a pillow case on this new pillow. I bought this knowing that I could not return it. My advice, do yourself a favor and buy a returnable pillow from Khols or Bed Bath and Beyond. At least you'll be able to return if it it doesn't work for you. Now I'm stuck with this pillow. I never knew how hard it was to find the right pillow until recently. read more

He gave us the best possible price for the mattress my mom wanted. I also have to mention the delivery which was a bonus cause it was included in the price of the mattress and no restocking fee if we ever need to exchange it (They give you 30-100 days).
