We threw the funnest grandma shower at Magical Blooms for a dear friend and member of our Gourmet Club. The tea room was beautifully decorated, festive, and fun!! When Nancy took my order over the phone she made sure to ask lots of questions to get the arrangement just right. Keep in mind I ordered these at 1:30 pm and they got delivered at 5 pm. I stopped in on 2/13 which I knew would be a busy day for them, but I was greeted promptly by a beautiful and friendly dog who kept me company until the workers were ready. I provided (to the workers, not the dog) my budget, a vague specifications of colors, and was told it would be just a couple of hours before being ready. Upon my return there was a beautiful arrangement which I felt matched the price point. Flowers were lovely and fresh, and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. The only disappointment with this store was when I found out the dog was not there on a permanent basis and only there for the day. Bring back the dog on a full time basis! read more

I sent a bouquet for a friend's birthday, which was the day before Valentine's Day. I gave Jenny & Magical Blooms short notice (late afternoon for local next day delivery), but requested Designer's Choice, so as to give her the most flexibility. I have been in business with Jenny for the past year, ordering over 50 arrangements to date. She has done nothing but go above and beyond to fulfill every floral request for brands such as Veuve Clicquot, Hennesssy and Belvedere. I enjoy her personal style of texting and calling to walk through the minutia of each arrangement. As someone who works in events for a living and is not glued to their email 24/7, it is helpful to be able to efficiently communicate with her on the go. My favorite aspect of Magical Blooms, is that they design each arrangement (when ordering multiple) differently with a special flair (textures, layers, colors etc.). I also appreciate that Jenny is always on call and readily available to make tweaks to my orders prior to delivery or on site. I've read a few reviews of unhappy customers, which is what propelled me to share my positive experience. My recommendation for anyone unhappy with their arrangement is to provide more details, images and examples of what you want. I even get as specific as asking for "5% greenery, 30% blush colored florals, 30% ruby..." I also request images prior to delivery/ pick up to tweak anything that is not to my liking. It may take a little extra work on your end, but you won't end up unsatisfied :). Magical Blooms also has a very cute email blast to keep you updated on Jenny's latest projects, current interests and adorable family! Overall Jenny is very personable and puts love into every thing she does.
