My initial service was in 2005-2007. Well, about 10 years ago, the permanent retainer on my upper teeth broke off on the right side, and slowly my teeth shifted to the point that I was unhappy with my smile. After two years of witnessing my daughter's transformation, I asked for a quote to repair my upper teeth. I received an affordable quote for payment over six months. I was thrilled that I wouldn't be in braces again for a very long time. And I'm super happy with the Nudera office. We met with Tracy for a tour of their beautiful clinic and then a patient education session regarding the types of treatments offered and the process of the consultation. My son then got a X-ray. Then we met with Dr. Jim Nudera for the examination -very comprehensive- and learned that my son doesn't require intervention after all! Dr. Nudera explained everything in great detail and showed both my son and I the reason for the dentist's concern and how the issue doesn't require orthodontics. What a relief! Oh, and the whole consultation- including the X-ray- was FREE!! Tracy said she'll send a note to my son's dentist and even gave us a copy of the X-ray. It was such a positive experience all around and the degree of communication and effort put into customer satisfaction are really remarkable.
