Well, they do, but there is a hidden caveat that they never advised us of. They are an Out of Network Provider of Delta Dental. Her treatment was quoted and scheduled without any mention that the practice was out of network for Delta Dental. At no point during multiple conversations--whether with front office staff or the doctor--was this ever disclosed, or even discussed, despite several opportunities to do so. The concern became more serious when I scheduled a service for myself. I got an appointment, during that appointment I had multiple conversations with multiple members of the staff including Dr Lorino himself, about my use of Delta Dental Insurance, at which time not a single person mentioned anything about being out of network. When I got the treatment plan, the numbers didn't make sense to me, so I called the staff later that day for clarification. That's when things got even more confusing. I spoke with the insurance coordinator who could not answer any of my questions related to how much insurance would pay. That lack of clarity prompted me to dig deeper, where I discovered the out-of-network status, directly from Delta Dental themselves on an hour long phone call, the night before my appointment. When I raised this directly with the staff, it was not disputed that the coverage status had not been communicated. They said they try, but they can't speak for who we spoke with. It was at this time that I informed the insurance coordinator that I personally had spoken with her twice and at no time did she disclose this. She agreed. We ultimately requested a fair adjustment for the unexpected costs tied to the lack of disclosure for services already rendered, and that request was declined. Basically Dr Lorino, when approached by his insurance coordinator, chose profits over ethics, and doing the right thing. Given the repeated discussions about insurance prior to treatment and the absence of any clear notification, I felt this should have been handled much more transparently. Because of this experience, I will be pursuing the matter further through Delta Dental's grievance process and other appropriate channels. Interestingly, I reviewed this practice's reviews today after leaving the office and I have found numerous low review scores based on this exact issue. If you are considering this practice, I would say that you need to be cautious about their use of words related to "we accept your insurance". Ask the right questions like "Are you in network"? Also compare pricing with other local Dentists. I have quotes from other offices that are 40% less than what this office charges. Based on this businesses response, I feel the need to call out their lies. "Immediately before your scheduled treatment, while seated in the treatment room and moments before care was to begin, you presented fee comparisons from other dental offices and requested that our office reduce our fees to match those providers." This is an outright lie...I was never seated in your chair and NEVER showed you any quotes from any other providers. Why are you lying? Pull the video feeds from your office. I never went past the waiting room or insurance coordinators desk today. That's an outright lie. I'm stunned that this is where you want to take this. Based on your material facts that you misrepresented here, it looks like you are choosing to escalate this. The fact that you would make up a lie, tells me all I need to know about your practice and your ethics. It's very important to me that the facts of this are clear, therefore I've contacted the BBB with a complaint. I'm moving forward with additional resources as well. I am shocked that you would fabricate such a lie in an effort to protect your reputation online via a review. So he edited his first reply, and now added another claim. This Dentist continues to fabricate lies about what actually happened. He was never presented with quotes from any other dentist. That's an outright lie.....interestingly enough I have the proof, and he does not! Buyer beware.

Well the aligners started to crack and make holes so I stopped wearing them. I now have constant molar pain, headaches from clenching at night without realizing that was the cause and I'm finding out I might have to do a root canal which could cost thousands. I knew not wearing retainers for a short period of time could cause teeth to shift slightly which I had accepted but I knew nothing about clenching while asleep without retainers and the devasting effects that would have. I am so thankful for her recommendation. We've been going for a few months now and are blown away after every visit. Dr. Norton and Tiffany have shown our little girl so much love and patience. They work quickly and skillfully providing fun distractions when necessary. They recognize when she becomes overwhelmed and offer her breaks. They speak to her in terms that she can understand and take the time to explain everything they'll be doing before they do it. At our visit today, Tiffany surprised us with a Rapunzel doll, knowing she is my daughter's favorite princess. She goes so far above and beyond her job description and we are incredibly grateful. I got on liar for cancellations and it was fixed the next day so not to bad. Thought that was odd practice to send away people with dental emergency my tooth could have cracked off and I was afraid to eat on it. I had made an appointment for her to replace 2 crowns on 2 teeth that would also be seen when I smile. I had the appointment & made a 250$ deposit, initially I wasn't happy with the implant crown- it was too white and even stuck out a bit, but decided not to make a big deal about it. My teeth are white- but not as white as the crown and it wasn't until I saw a picture of me smiling that I realized how bad it looked. 24hrs before, I cancelled my appointment to have the other crowns replaced because I was concerned about them not being able to match these crowns either. I then made an appointment to see Dr Parsons to see if there was anything they could do this implant crown. Dr Parsons literally spent less than 1-2 minutes with me. I was with the assistant, who was very rude to me. I wanted to talk to DR PARSONS because she is the DENTIST! The assistant couldn't even answer all of my questions, and it was clear that both she AND Dr Parsons were put out by the fact that I was there. I looked again, with the assistant, at other colors to possibly replace the crown with but we couldn't find one. My concern about getting new crowns not matching were quite real. Thank goodness I cancelled the appointment and didn't spend 4,000 bucks on crowns that would look terrible. But I was out 250$ for cancelling my appointment ( I cancelled 24, not 48 hrs prior). I think the reason was understandable, however. I mentioned this to the assistant who said, "well, you should have shown up for your appointment". She could not have have been more snotty! I told her I did cancel more than 24hrs prior. She said, "we booked a lot of time for you." Then she said I should have come in that day to discuss it with Dr Parsons. She was hateful and honestly, it was upsetting. Even after we couldn't match the color of the crown, Dr Parsons couldn't be bothered to come back in. I just to go to my other dentist who had done all my other work but is 2500 miles away, so next time I fly there to visit my kids I'll have to spend hours at dentist- instead of with my kids. AND I'll have to pay 2,000 dollars to replace the implant crown, plus paying for the other 2 crowns. And I'm out 250$. And I'm on disability- I don't have dental insurance. I've never been treated so badly ever, by any dentist office. They don't care about the quality of their work. Stay away. I wanted to add to this. When I went back to my dentist in CA, they said that the crown should be redone. They also felt it was not only the wrong color, but it's not the right size. They are cosmetic dentists in S Ca and have been in practice over 30yrs. But now I have to pay over 2,000$ for them to replace the crown that Dr Parsons had placed. I paid Dr Parsons over 2,000$. Money WASTED, that I don't have. Dr Parsons is not a cosmetic dentist. She couldn't care less about the work she does-as long as she gets your money. There are things to be taken into consideration when placing a crown- not just color. She should know this.
