He treated us very disrespectful and unprofessional. Everything because I asked him to explain the reason for the high amount of copay I was being charged when my medical insurance had confirmed it was a less amount. I asked for the contact information of his billing department and that's when he became hostile, refused to provide it, told me to look for another place to take my daughter to and took my daughter off the schedule for PTs without notifying me. I found out she was off the schedule as I called the office to cancel the appointment one day because my daughter got sick. Vinod Mathew is very arrogant and needs customer service training. His front desk staff and PTs are good though.

The day I walked into Ace Physical Therapy and started my therapy with Dr.Manisha Mendonca that all changed. I left the consultation appointment equipped with knowledge , a game plan, and (most important) hope for an end to my pain. Over the next few months, Ace Physical therapy worked with me to meet the flexibility my schedule demands ( I travel often for work) and to return strength and function all while handling the back end , endless paperwork that is insurance claims so that I didn't have to worry about the treatments being covered ( thanks Kendall at front desk). The therapy has been worth every penny and then some. The whole practice is amazing- from front desk, to individual therapists, to general attitude- a passion focused, no excuses but encouraging atmosphere with lighthearted banter that makes even the most pained patient feel at ease. The most valuable thing I took away from my therapy was priceless- I got my life back and the tools to manage any lingering symptoms. I wanted to write this review because I could not be more thankful for the treatment, expertise and healing I received, but also for other individuals who suffer the same issues. When I received my referral, my OBGYN was not too familiar with providers in my area and my insurance even struggled to provide me with a recommendation. It's a lonely and desperate situation to deal with pelvic floor pain- but it doesn't have to be. There are resources and Dr.Mendonca at Ace Physical therapy is top notch.

I literally could not walk after having hurt my back lifing a small piece of luggage. As a physician myself, I am very careful who I allow to work on me. I went for a few visits but wasn't seeing tremendous improvement. I called to discuss my concerns and really appreciated their honesty, that unless I could also do some back-strengthening exercises at home, coming in wouldn't do much for me. Unfortunately I just don't have an hour a day to dedicate to that right now, but when I do I plan to go back. Since someone else mentioned it, it's true that the staff seems to be a little...chatty, let's call it. I've witnessed them all talking about each other while in for treatment and was also privy to a somewhat explicit conversation at the front desk about her recent date (while trying to pay my copay and schedule an appointment, so it's not like I shouldn't have been there). That stuff doesn't bother me as long as I'm receiving good care, which I feel like I did, at least by my PT's. The only real criticism I could give, is that they needed to cancel a Saturday appointment I had with only 2 hours notice... and they only called my house phone, despite also having my cell phone on file. As we had been out all morning, I never got the message. When canceling same day appointments, they really should use all methods of contact available.
