I was looking for something close by to where I live - but the OrthoVirginia locations closest to me - did not have any appointment availability that week - so off to Ashburn, VA I went to visit the OrthoVirginia office in Ashburn. It's a pretty big office. The office is located in a commercial/retail complex that looks relatively new. I entered and check in. The waiting area is pretty darn big with a ton of seating and a coffee station and restrooms. I paid my Co-pay at check in. They do not currently offer any digital payment options such as Apple Pay. I politely asked if I could provide a suggestion - the lady at the counter said sure - I requested that they provide my feedback to the powers that be to offer a digital payment option. I visited with Dr. Lorenzetti. He's a nice, very energetic, enthusiastic Doctor. The insurance company I have have been extremely difficult to work with this year. They have given me the run around in approving several MRI's required for a surgery I need. I witnessed both Nancy and Shannon (on separate occasions) take on the insurance and get the necessary approvals for the test I needed. I did not feel alone throughout the process. I felt protected and care for, which is not common when going to a doctors office that care for so many other patients.

We left multiple voicemails asking for help and got no response. It's hard to accept this when her previous doctor handled the same procedure flawlessly every time.
