I had work done on knee brace, built up shoes and options on a KAFO. My relationship with them is va community care. Kevin who handles the orthotics worked wit me. I told him I wanted to walk on my built up shoes and determine if that worked. If so I would pass on the KAFO. The shoes did not solve me knee, ankle foot problem. He told the VA I didn't want the KAFO,according to the VA, and now I've lost almost a years work. Now I have to start back over with the va. Kevin has hurt my chances to help my mobility and his opportunity to create business. If you know how bad the VA is you understand how devastating Kevin's words were. I give them 2 stars for the other employees. For Kevin 1 star. I'm 77 years old and don't have years left to correct my mobility. It has hurt me deeply! Jim

This office managed to get me in within a couple of days. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by the staff. Everyone was very nice and understanding. I went back for X-rays within a few minutes, then took a seat in the dentist's chair. I explained to Tina what happened. I also explained that, as a disabled vet, money is not something I have large quantities of. Tina absolutely went above and beyond and saved me from having either crippling debt or a lost tooth. She gave me some extremely helpful advice involving my benefits, and the main thing is? She didn't have to. She didn't have to help me with something not involving the clinic. She did anyway, and that speaks volumes to me. She also was able to fix my crown temporarily, so I could at least walk around without an exposed (and very painful) nerve in my mouth. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. Because of my experience, I will always recommend the dental clinic to anyone who asks!

They will change doctors and then charge you for mistake they did. Also suggesting extra services that you don't need or your insurance don't cover.
