After recommendations from friends and neighbors, and interviews with several companies, I knew I had still not found my contractor. Then I read reviews on Google and Yelp and found Desert Luxury and asked them to come by. Dan showed up and we spent a couple of hours talking about all sorts of things related to the pool business, and I decided to ask him to help refine the design and provide a price. I knew from all the research I had done what the market price was for a pool of the size I wanted, and their price was right on target. At this point, Pete took charge and ran the project and communicated each step of the way what would be happening and when. From that point on it was smooth sailing all the way through the final inspection by the city. I expected a number of problems and delays to pop up, but the only issue that slowed the work was the amount of hand digging required to deal with all the rocks in the soil.
