When I asked if she planned to be this rude in person when we came in, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with someone higher up, but was told we were both rude, which was disappointing since my frustration only came after how I was treated. Based on this experience alone, customer service was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend reading the one-star reviews, because unfortunately they seem accurate.

Your site says appointments aren't needed and walk ins are ok, but that wasn't the case. There was 1 person sitting in the waiting area and 3 staff members sitting at the various desks. The contact person did not even look at us when we came in, kept typing and said it would be a minute and said that without looking up, so she didn't even know what was going on. Total Access greeted us, took one look at his hand all wrapped up, asked us what happened and we went to a room. It needed cleaned out and stitched up. Great service. His "evaluation" if you can even call it that was listening to my lungs, and then hearing my heart and that's it he didn't look down my throat. He didn't look in my ears. He basically did nothing and then after I had already told him that I had a cough that had been lingering since last month. He told me get some Zyrtec and cough medicine over-the-counter. like I hadn't tried that already. Then said she doesn't need an x-ray. "Unless you want one" if I don't need one why would you suggest it? Same thing with steroid medication unless you want it. Why would I want medication or treatments that I don't need? He was rude, Arrogant, condescending, conceited, and had ZERO bedside manner. I would never ever recommend him to anyone in fact, I tell them to get as far away from him as possible. The only good experience was Lindsay at the checkout she is so sweet and caring she wanted to know what was wrong and she hopes I feel better.

Absolutely horrible care!!!!…read more May of last year I went in with a black and blue foot. She told me my ankle was sprained and that I would be fine in two weeks, NEVER ONCE saying anything about following up with another doctor. A few weeks later I had no choice but to see another doctor because I still could put zero weight on my foot. He was absolutely shocked that they missed 2 breaks and a torn ligament the way they had. I had to have two plates and screws put in my ankle it was so bad. He said there was absolutely no way an x-ray could have missed the amount of damage that was done, not even when it was a new break. Small fractures can be hard to detect when it's a new break, but this was no small fracture lol. Extensive damage had been done. My amazing insurance (whom I will also be filing a complaint against this establishment with) has already paid them hundreds of dollars for this amazingly bad care, so when we got yet another bill for 17+ dollars I didn't feel it fair that I should have to pay it. We then filed a complaint with grevence and asked them to waive this very small fee but they found in their favor saying I was told to follow up with another doctor......THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE!!! I was never told anything close to that!!! I was specifically told it was NOT broken, that it was just a sprain and to stay off of it for two weeks. Not one word about following up with someone else. No discharge/after care papers or anything. They still want me to pay them another measly 17.50 even though they did absolutely nothing to help me, and have already received MORE then their fair share. I didn't even get a tylenol for the pain. I left that place in tiers and I'm still completely shocked at how badly they handled my entire situation. I trusted them and shouldn't have. PLEASEE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!! They are very obviously more worried about their money then they are your well being
