This has been my go-to place for ramen for 3-4 years now. Up until a few months ago, it was perfect every time. I started ordering an extra egg in it because they did it right - *soft boiled eggs*. Now, every time I get it, it's fully hard boiled eggs that fall to pieces as soon as I put the broth in. First few times, I wrote it off as maybe a new cook. It's every time now, and they're so painfully overcooked. Tonight, we got the new packaging. This is the worst, please for the love of god and all that is beautiful in the world... change everything back to what it was. Ordered the vegetable ramen and it had minimal veggies... I had to add my own. Also, the eggs are hard boiled, not soft. Hard pass.

The very 1st time I had poke was at the Ala Moana Center in Waikiki, HI, in 2012. Poke did not become popular on the mainland until about a year or so later. Anyway, I had doctors appointments in Pueblo, and checked YELP on sushi/sashimi/poke restaurants around the area and saw the 5 star reviews for Osaka Poke & Ramen. I selected the large poke and had 2 salmon sashimi and 1 tuna sashimi as my protein. The Asian lady, who served me, used an ice cream scoop and seemed to be "almost counting" the fish cubes she was putting in the bowl. Thank goodness there was tofu so I had that added, plus masago (+$1), seaweed salad (+$1), cilantro, edamame, cucumbers with house sauce (eel sauce) and furikake seasoning. All these went on top of white rice. The flavor most certainly hit the spot, due to the eel sauce, seaweed salad and furikake, but the rice was cheap rice (I'm Asian so I know my rice), and it wasn't even warm. I could not taste the sashimi because they were cut into tiny cubes and portions were very small. I also had coconut boba. The photo ads showed the boba almost overflowing. Nope, not the case. I had to drink a lot before my straw found boba, which was not very soft (meaning not too freshly cooked). I would give Osaka Poke & Ramen a 2 star. For the price they charged (I paid over $20), I'm glad the flavor hit the spot but the protein portions were really pathetic. I will stick to eating poke at real poke restaurants or make it myself. read more

Best ramen and poke bowls in town! They also have some good Karaage chicken, boba is alright i've had better. Service was okay, it really depends on who's up there. It is in the mall food court so it'll be loud and crowded but overall great japanese food! read more

Unfortunately they do not offer any vegetarian options so we didn't eat here. It's a shame because we would eat here all the time if we could get a vegetarian ramen and some avocado rolls! Oh well. Such is life in Pueblo. read more

It's in a mall. Old ingredients, fish looked questionable. Boba was warm lacked flavor. Skip this place and all of the food court.

I was told there was a new Poke place in Pueblo. Went looking but the place is downtown and closed by 4pm (will have to try another time) BUT Google brought up Osaka Poke & Ramen in the mall food court. My hubs and I decided to try it out rather then driving to Colorado Springs! SOOOO glad we did! We each ordered Ramen and Poke, I got the spicy chicken ramen and he got the pork belly ramen. Both were amazing, the poke bowls were amazing as well! The food was fresh and the location (in the mall) was clean. The customer service was very good as well! The young lady who made our bowls was very good and recommended the pork belly ramen to my hubs! The owner was helping put our to go order together and we asked how long it's been open. He said almost 1yr!! I hope this place stays!!! I hope people will go check this place out! Totally delicious!! read more

A ramen and poke place in the mall you say?! Yaassss! I had a double scoop of protein, spicy tina and spicy salmon over white rice. I added squid, tofu skin and seaweed salad along with house sauce and sesame and dry seaweed for the dry topping. This was the beat poke I ever had. Not to mention a creation of my own making. This place is awesome because it lets you do just that! CREATE! Not to mention its in the mall where its cool and away from the summer heat outside.
