Large Poke Bowl with Salmon and Tuna sashimi
    Caroline B.

The very 1st time I had poke was at the Ala Moana Center in Waikiki, HI, in 2012. Poke did not become popular on the mainland until about a year or so later. Anyway, I had doctors appointments in Pueblo, and checked YELP on sushi/sashimi/poke restaurants around the area and saw the 5 star reviews for Osaka Poke & Ramen. I selected the large poke and had 2 salmon sashimi and 1 tuna sashimi as my protein. The Asian lady, who served me, used an ice cream scoop and seemed to be "almost counting" the fish cubes she was putting in the bowl. Thank goodness there was tofu so I had that added, plus masago (+$1), seaweed salad (+$1), cilantro, edamame, cucumbers with house sauce (eel sauce) and furikake seasoning. All these went on top of white rice. The flavor most certainly hit the spot, due to the eel sauce, seaweed salad and furikake, but the rice was cheap rice (I'm Asian so I know my rice), and it wasn't even warm. I could not taste the sashimi because they were cut into tiny cubes and portions were very small. I also had coconut boba. The photo ads showed the boba almost overflowing. Nope, not the case. I had to drink a lot before my straw found boba, which was not very soft (meaning not too freshly cooked). I would give Osaka Poke & Ramen a 2 star. For the price they charged (I paid over $20), I'm glad the flavor hit the spot but the protein portions were really pathetic. I will stick to eating poke at real poke restaurants or make it myself.

Spicy chicken ramen w/out broth (broth is on top edge of pic) and poke bowl.

Ordered the vegetable ramen and it had minimal veggies... I had to add my own. Also, the eggs are hard boiled, not soft. Hard pass.

It's in a mall. Old ingredients, fish looked questionable. Boba was warm lacked flavor. Skip this place and all of the food court.

Boba tasted old. They seem to use just a drink mix. Still looking for good boba but in Pueblo...

Had a take out of the Beef Kimbap and was very impressed with the flavor and the size of the kimbap. Excellent food!

This is a review for the bar at this food hall. Stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon. Wasn't…read moresure what I wanted so I checked out the menu and decided on the Espresso Martini. The description on the menu says "Vanilla Vodka, Luxardo Espresso Liquer, Simple syrup". Sounded like a pretty standard Espresso Martini. The glass arrived and it was the color of chocolate milk. I asked the bartender of it had Bailey's or something in it and she said, "yes". I pointed to the menu and noted that the menu didn't say anything about Cream. She said, "That's the way I make it." I asked her if she could make it like the menu and she said, "Yes, but it won't taste good." I asked her if she could make one with just a little of the cream liqueur, and she said, "Are you going to pay for other one?" I was like, "What the hell?!?! You make the drink different from the description and you expect me to pay for it?!?!?" I don't know if that's a Colorado thing or something, but I wanted to just walk out. This bar sucks.

I liked the selections of food offered and was able to narrow it down to 2. I chose the The Hungry Buffalo and chose their bison nachos. It was a simple dish; tortilla round chips, bison, green chili, tomatoes. The menu didn't specify tomatoes and I should have asked. Not fond of tomatoes and there was a lot. Also got a diet pepsi, nothing fancy there. Prices are reasonable, spent less than $20 with tip. Cons: I can see the place getting busy. The green chili on the bison nachos was OK. A little bland with no real flavor to it. I've had better green chili at other casual restaurants. There wasn't a lot of bison on it either. Just a whole mess of soggy chips and bland green chili. Plus the tomatoes took me about 5 min to pick them all out. I wish the menu said tomatoes but that was also my fault for not asking. Would I order them again? No. Recommended? I would recommend the actual whole of a place yes. Food is hit or miss. Depending on what you get. Husband's first experience was sub par but this go around was a little better. I'm willing to go back and try something else. Stars would be 3.5

Our server was friendly and the food we ate were amazing. We are from San Diego and love sushi. They even have gluten free soy sauce available, we didn't have to pay for the wasabi. It was quiet and Jazz music is played so I could imagine that it would be nice for a date night. They also had college football on and serves alcohol. The Tuna Poke roll was amazing and one of the best roll we've ever had. We got caterpillar roll and baked lobster roll as well which were both very good. We would probably be their regular customers if we live in Pueblo. It's a bit expensive but it's worth it because of the portion size and the boost in flavor. Will for sure to go back when in town!
