Absolutely love this place. The food was phenomenal, the service was fantastic, the prices were affordable and the atmosphere is amazing. They had a lot of patience when helping me select menu options. They were friendly and well knowledgeable. They were very accommodating. I absolutely loved the Indian wrap so much I got another to take home for later. That one didn't disappoint either. I got the Paneer Indian wrap and the Chicken Indian wrap. Absolutely exquisite. It was well worth the price paid. They treat you like family and the are located in a food hall where there is something for everyone!

The Samosa Chaat was incredible, my partner loved the Lamb Rogan Josh and the service was above and beyond for the food court setting.

Fuel & Iron Food Hall in downtown Pueblo is such a great find! I stopped in while visiting my…read moredaughter and was genuinely impressed. I had the chicken tikka masala from Bollywood Bites--absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. I also grabbed a couple of drinks from the bar, which were just as good. What really stood out was the atmosphere--lively, welcoming, and very family-friendly. There's something for everyone, and all the food portions we saw coming out looked generous and worth it. It's the kind of place you can relax, try different foods, and enjoy the vibe. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in Pueblo!

The description on the menu says "Vanilla Vodka, Luxardo Espresso Liquer, Simple syrup". Sounded like a pretty standard Espresso Martini. The glass arrived and it was the color of chocolate milk. I asked the bartender of it had Bailey's or something in it and she said, "yes". I pointed to the menu and noted that the menu didn't say anything about Cream. She said, "That's the way I make it." I asked her if she could make it like the menu and she said, "Yes, but it won't taste good." I asked her if she could make one with just a little of the cream liqueur, and she said, "Are you going to pay for other one?" I was like, "What the hell?!?! You make the drink different from the description and you expect me to pay for it?!?!?" I don't know if that's a Colorado thing or something, but I wanted to just walk out. This bar sucks.

The Hot Spot seems to be under Vietnamese ownership, judging from the big Karaoke setup in the middle of the room and the surround music being Vietnamese songs. I'm sure this place becomes lively when there is a party and people take to their singing skills. But on this regular Saturday afternoon, it was not even half filled. Customers have a choice of ordering regular Vietnamese fares or be seated at a hot pot table to enjoy cooking your own food. One nice thing about The Hot Spot is that we weren't limited to 90 min or 2 hours. Could be because it was during a slow time. Food wise it was far from an elaborate hot pot experience. The broths don't have distinctive flavors from one another and there lacks a sauce station! Which is a signature hot pot spot! The meats, when brought out, especially the beef slices, tend to be on the darker hue, to me that signals less fresh. And the booth seats aren't the most comfortable. I think they make shift to turn the booth tables into hot pot compatible where the outlets are in the way of your knees (if you're tall and have long legs) or if short like me, the seats feel sunken. All in all, it was still a fun experience for AYCE hot pot, especially when not under time pressure and the staff is friendly albeit not the fastest.
