Bad service for starters... food okay. We orders appetizers, followed by sushi/sashimi combo and steak. Sushi arrived 10minutes early while the appetizers (jalapeño poppers - they called something else but that's what it was) were delivered to another table. The steak and rice were tasty, all fish mediocre at best. The crunchy tuna roll was bad with wasabi so hard it wouldn't suspend in the soy sauce and pink ginger all clumpy off a jar. I ordered a variety and the food was decent but the habache was extremely salty. Too salty. The service was extremely inattentive. The food came pretty quickly. I did not get my water refilled which sucked because the food was so salty. I waited for awhile for my check that never came and finally got up to track down someone. Seems I was supposed to go to a counter in the far corner to check out. Would have been nice if someone had told me. All in all, I'd come again (the tempura was good) but with the knowledge that the service isn't even remotely attentive and the food might be a salt bomb. read more

Never again. We moved here from Cali, and wanted to give this place a chance seeing that was the only sushi joint in town and it had 4 stars. We tried to give it some credit because it was in a small town, but gosh it was awful. I'll briefly explain our experience below: 1. Onion/miso soup- both taste artificial and powdery 2. Gyoza - filling was not bad, can't tell if it was store bought, but definitely frozen and over-fried. 3. Sashimi - we ordered the tuna, yellow tail and red snapper. The tuna and yellowtail was extremely fishy/foul, warm and old. It was extremely hard to swallow. I never eat soy sauce with my sushi because I like to savor the flavor, but I damn near drenched it in soy sauce and wasabi in order to withstand the stink. 4. Sushi Rolls - half the rolls in the menu had cream cheese in it and it was hard to find any with fish on/in it. Nothing authentic or crafty about that. Nonetheless we tried a "crunchy" roll which was typical, consisting of shrimp tempura, and eel sauce. Hard to understand why this place had 4 stars. They have a Great super crunchy roll. Hibachi is good too but I prefer the sushi! Dragon roll is also good.

I'm so glad we have this little spot because their food is delicious. I love the sushi variety and the hibachi menu. When I'm a little braver I'll try more but my go to is the hibachi filet and the Osaki roll. read more

I had their shrimp and steak hibachi meal - - it was so yummy!!! I wasn't impressed their soup but the hibachi more than made up for it.

In and out this place hit the spot. Definitely try the combo rice. It's a great spot for lunch

Food is really good, but the price point is set a little high for my budget and that cost is for a small amount of food. I really would like to be able to have a little more for money. It is a nice use of space and a good environment for a romantic evening or intimate dinner. However, be prepared to spend a good amount if you are hungry! read more

Great food! We definitely plan to come back. We ordered the calamari, California roll, salmon teriyaki, shrimp udon noodles, and shrimp fried rice it all came out hot and looked very nice as well as the taste was good. Everything is so delicious!!! We got into town late and weren't sure if they'd be open(COVID hours) we called and they said they were for just a little longer. We needed to look at the menu and call back...the lady who worked there called back to make sure we were still ordering before they closed kitchen...wow so so nice!! The miso, ginger salad, and tempura veggies were decent. The filet mignon was good. Everything was ok.

Good prices for good food. Try the simpler sushi rolls, you won't regret it. Matter of fact, if it is date night go for the love boat! They do also have very nice noodle or rice meals, don't forget the miso soup to get your appetite going! read more

Don't waste your time, very disappointing. My husband and I went for lunch today. We arrived at noon, it was not busy and waited and waited for our stir fry meals. His came out 35 minutes after ordering and mine was ten minutes after that. They were bland except for all the salt. The waitress told us that it was slow in the kitchen today ... We won't be back to try again. If you only have an hour for lunch go anywhere else. read more

I've eaten here quite a few times and it is consistently good. I especially like the filet mignon lunch. It's a tremendous value. The quality of the meat is excellent. It's cooked just right and melts in your mouth. The vegetables are crispy, the rice is good, and the flavors are delicious. The people who work here are nice and attentive.
