Dr. Osborne and his team have a wonderful office located next to Alderwood Mall. The office has an inviting feel to it, is clean and welcoming. The office staff is friendly and take the time to communicate and explain processes and policies to you. Although scheduling was difficult when using a LivingSocial voucher, the office was very helpful and flexible. Dr. Osborne took a good amount of time during my adjustment and made sure I was feeling my best when I left his office. There was no pressure to purchase additional sessions, only a simple providing knowledge in what was offered. The equipment and room used is modern and clean. It is very clear from this visit he cares about his patients health and that they will feel better verses seeing patients as a source of revenue as I have experienced elsewhere. The massage was a wonderful treat. The massage was a area focus massage (by request) and the therapist wasted no time in ensuring that I would benefit from the massage as much as possible. I came in on a Groupon and was a bit worried that they would try to upsell me. Totally not the case, they let me know all my options and there was no pressure what so ever, very impressed with this! When I first called, a nice lady on the phone told me that my services would be split into either 2 or 3 visits (my groupon was for Xrays, chiropractic adjustment, and a massage) and we scheduled the first visit for two weeks out. Then I was encountering a lot of back pain and called back to see if I could get in sooner. They scheduled me for the next day (Wow!) and we did X-rays and a consult. But Dr. Osborne was very upfront and asked what I wanted out of the visit, as some people only wanted the massage and nothing else. That was great to have the option, but I wanted it all. Came in two days later for my massage (which was nice & they even added in some hot rocks, so it then became a hot stone massage) and then after my massage, my chiropractic adjustment. My adjustment was great! Unfortunately my health insurance does not include Dr. Osborne, but he said he was willing to give me some referrals to other chiro's if I wanted or I could pay the non-insurance fee if I decided to come back to him. At the moment, I will stay with my health insurance as it only costs $10/visit through that, but since my health insurance changes every few years, the next time I switch health plans I will check and see if Dr. Osborne is part of their plan! Great location next to the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, with lots of parking. Have driven past this office so many times and never noticed it here. Adjustments are done in a big spacious room with other people but I am used to that. They also have one of those tables that you lay on that most chiropractors have that massage your back for you. But... this one had an ice pack on it that you lay on. Brilliant idea! Really thought that Dr. Osborne was great and enjoyed my chiropractic adjustment! read more

I went here a couple of years ago from a Groupon/Social Living coupon for a free exam/xray/massage. I was really only interested in the massage, and if I'm not mistaken they gave me the option to skip the free exam/xray....I kind of liked that they did that so I went along with the exam/xray. I didn't feel at all obligated to purchase any of their treatments or services. I ended up doing several months of treatments which I found very helpful. My insurance didn't cover any of it, but they worked with me on a very reasonable cost for treatment. I never had any issues with billing, Corey and his staff were friendly and enjoyable to interact with. If they were closer to my home I would go there for more treatments. I went to Osborne Chiropractic because of a nagging lower back injury that prevented me from running for more than 10 to 15 min. without pain. I thought I would just have to live with the pain -- but after a few weeks of treatment at Osborne I can now run pain free! The treatment consisted of spine adjustments, yogalike stretches and exercises, and traction for my back and neck. It worked! I have been a patient at Osborne Chiropractic for over 9 years and have been pleased with the service and care during that time. Initially I started going after a car accident left me with neck and back pain. After a compassionate and personalized treatment plan I was able to fully recover from that and regain my quality of life. Since the initial months of treatment I now go in for maintenance adjustments every now and then or when needed. Recently I went in with some leg muscle pain and mentioned it to Dr. Osborne. He asked me a few more questions and had me try a few stretches that identified the problem as a strained muscle higher up that I didn't even realize was strained and causing the sore leg muscles from my body trying to compensate. He gave me a stretch and a few workout techniques to help strengthen the root cause that have so far been very helpful. I frequently go in with my family and the staff has been friendly and kind to my kids. When they were infants / toddlers they enjoyed the friendly staff as much as the staff enjoyed seeing them. My kids have also needed chiropractic adjustments from time to time and Dr. Osborne was great with his care on them as well. I have also enjoyed and felt great care and respect during massage therapy at the office, both as part of a treatment plan and for relaxation. The people here have the equipment, education, know-how, and proof-of-experience, to take away your pain and stiffness. I first came here 17 years ago when Dr. Osborne Sr. was the doc. He was great, and helped me a lot. He was up on the latest studies and techniques. His son has carried on that tradition by bringing in all the latest science. He uses adjustments to get your joints in alignment and moving well, uses physical therapy to stretch and strengthen muscles, and traction to stretch ligaments/tendons--a magic mix, IMHO. Traction at home is easy with the blocks he sells, or a towel rolled around something hard, or whatever you have. A word about the chiropractic adjustments: he never pushes you. I had a few adjustments to my neck, but then memories of a bad chiro doc made me get nervous, and so Dr. Osborne switched to the activator without trying to convince me otherwise. In fact, he ALWAYS hears my concerns and takes them into consideration. There was a week where I had stomach troubles, and he and the physical therapists worked around me not being able to lie down. And recently, summertime kids' activities had me feeling overwhelmed, and he suggested we drop down to once a week and leave off the exercises; maintaining the results I have until school starts up again. They're so awesome!!! I recently had a mid-treatment-plan checkpoint (with comparitive xrays) and I'm right on track, about halfway to regaining the correct curve and alignment in 3 areas. Even my dowager's hump is reduced. How's that for proof-of-concept!! Frigging love this place!!! My teenaged daughter got sick of going 3 times a week, so she's taking a break, but she's the first to admit that she gained a little over an inch in height from Dr. Osborne treating the exaggerated curves in 2 area of her spine. I have been a patient for many years and have been very impressed with the level of care that I have received. I have been seeing Dr. Osborne for about 3 years now. I started seeing him mostly because of headaches/migraines/neck pain I'd been having for several years (and I am not that old!). He is one of the most genuinely kind people I have met. He made me feel comfortable immediately, and I had never been to a chiropractor before in my life (and to be honest I was a bit skeptical). I've been seeing him about once every 2 weeks for the past 3 years, and I have not had a migraine since early 2014! I have also started adding massage to my regimen about once every 2-3 months, and Marina is GREAT. I always look forward to the appointments that include massage! They operate on a business model and unless you have very deep pockets or a lot of insurance, you will be left out. They expected me to sign a contract for thousands of dollars worth of treatment...without even experiencing an adjustment to see what kind of work they did. When I said I only go to Chiropractors as needed, Dr DeLucci told me they don't do that there. Totally elitist comment; "we do things differently here." They kept pushing the treatment pkg. Of course the Living Social voucher had said a consutation and treatment with Dr Osborne and massage...(I didn't go back for massage after leaving there in more pain than when I came in and he wouldn't even give me an adjustment without coming back another day and he told him I was really hurting, but he wasn't going to deviate from his business model. I never even saw Dr Osborne, only this fairly freshly minted, business sales person/chiropractor, which I was told was Dr Osborne's brother-in-law, Dr DeLucci. I left there in more pain than when I arrived and he never even addressed the source of my pain. I didn't buy his business plan and he showed no compassion whatever. read more
