There are no visitations allowed from family ( which is a violation of the Texas code ) be sure to get a release of information signed or they won't tell you anything. Presently patients are only allowed to make outgoing phone calls for a short time as long as you have a ROI signed you can talk to the nurses to see how your loved one is proceeding. Sometimes it is difficult to reach the nurses or their supervisor. Unless it is a actual emergency I would be careful in using these types of facilities. In my wife's case it was due her medication change.

They put me in a room made me wait any longer additional 30 nobody checked in to see how I was an update the coordinator and Debbie were both extremely rude and escalated their voices when I was voicing my concern. It's sad to think that this is how people in mental health crisis are treated by staff I would not recommend anyone come here for their mental health as I guarantee you will leave feeling worse. The response as the owner to all of these posts is "We appreciate this review and that you were willing to write it. Understanding your concerns better is essential to us, and we would benefit from additional information." Which is less than satisfactory there was no follow up or request for follow up "I'm so sorry about that I want her more my name is blah blah blah and you can reach me by blah blah blah" but based on your low ratings it's apparent that you really don't care about the quality of service you provide. I have worked in healthcare for 20 years and this guy isn't what right looks like. I have seen cleaner clinics in Afghanistan. The clinic is filthy. It has furniture from the late 90s. There are stains...on the carpet, the walls and the furniture to just mention a few... At one visit, I asked for a tissue, I was passed a tissue box with a bathroom paper towel in it. How cheap can you be? It started off with waiting a month for an appointment. The initial intake was started by a rather rude staff member which were more concerned with billing than anything else. Each visit was not started by a greeting....it was started by...has your billing information changed? If you would like treatment i.e. meds you will need to do the following: Counseling by his in facility social worker. (Non-negotiable and not just one time.) Labs (not hard any lab would do) EKG...done by his staff on the west side...and they only do these one day a month. (Non-negotiable, it doesn't matter if you are Cardiologist, no substitutes). This guy strings you along...
