It was okay. Don't get me wrong my nails look good and he did a good job but the place is very corrupt. On average for a full custom set I pay about 60-70 and $80 MAX. But for the nails I got I payed $95 for something worth $65 at most. I've had more intricate designs for less. Me and my bf went together and the owner and another person were talking and pointing at us and I think they over charged me because I look young. ALSO, tell me why the guy at the front desk is just vaping out in the open while he is making drinks?? It's a nice place but I wouldn't go back. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I feel like I need to leave one here. I am giving 2 stars because the nail salon overall had good vibes, everyone is pretty nice but the quality of work isn't good for what you pay for. I paid $150 for a set I could've paid $80-$90 for somewhere else. I did like my nails for the first day...I got a custom set with designs and rhinestones, I asked for my nails to be medium length and I got long even after i said i wanted them shorter, my real nails weren't cut before putting the tips on, the dip was put on way to thick and the worst part is the fact that, i wasn't even told how much my nails were going to be until we were a little over half way done, i wouldn't have paid that much and would have done simple nails if I was told the price before starting. You'd think telling someone the price before doing the nails especially if it's $150+ is common sense but I guess for this place it's not. It's been 4 days and the rhinestones have been lifting and are coming off, one nail is coming off, and some of the other nails keep getting caught in my hair like they've been on my nails for 2 weeks now. One last thing, for anyone getting custom nails, custom nails won't get refunded, filled or anything even though you pay $150+ for what you expect to be great nails, there's about 4 or 5 signs in the lobby that states it. I went in, got seated immediately, and was out of there in less than an hour. Amy my technician was so particular on my nail length, shake, cuticles, everything and that's what I like to see. As a self proclaimed nail salon hopper, I can be very picky about where I get my nails done. ONL came highly recommended so I decided to give it a try for a girls' day with my gf's goddaughter. I was able to make an appointment on fb. Soon after received a call to confirm details of what I wanted done. The office manager was very clear and helpful in setting expectations of pricing and service options. When we arrived RK and I were very impressed. The salon is decorated beautifully. She even said "oh wow this is fancy". There's even a flower wall for you to take pics on the gram. So many colors to choose from no matter what type of nails you would like. Our nail techs were very efficient yet friendly. We were offered a drink menu to have a beverage (non alcoholic for my 9 year old companion. I got a gel manicure and RK had a regular one. Keeping it simple, but there were some fabulous creations happening around us. If you want epic nails for the gram, this is the shop to go to. We were both in awe. My first two visits were nice, however my last visit was horrible. I had an scheduled appointment and my nail tech was over 45 min late. Their excuse, the clients requested design required a lot of detail. That's no excuse and it's the establishments responsibility to communicate & book accordingly or allow the nail techs to book their own appointments. Custom nails are normally 1 /12 to hours, not one hour. The two gentlemen at the front desk were unapologetic until asked and acted as if I was on the nail techs time. No. I'm paying and w/o paying customers you don't have jobs. It's unfortunate b/c I receive lots of compliments on my nails and I happened to meet someone who has known the owner for years and went on to say how great he is and how he worked very hard to open this location. Although the location is beautiful and the nail techs are always very nice, accommodating and do excellent work. This is definitely a salon that focuses on nail designs. They offer several different types of over priced pedicures, but the nail techs do not put in the same amount of effort into the pedicure services. The presentation is lovely, but my feet felt rough and my toenails were trimmed uneven. Also the receptionists at the front desk need more customer service training. This is a nail salon (amongst MANY salons w/talented nails techs) not a night club in NYC meat packing district. Customer service is about SERVING. More humility is needed & less arrogant attitudes & condescending tones. I would hate for 2 over inflated egos ruin all that hard work. read more

I have to dress up and wear a face full of makeup when I work so I dress down on days I'm off and this place judge me by the way I looked tried to charge me 90 for French tip nails alone.. I asked if it was because I was young and "we don't tip" but in reality I work in the service industry and I'm a 100% tipper. I go on Yelp to see reviews and I see A girl got wayyy longer nails then I wanted and her toes done and paid 140 total. You never know who is who stop trying to scam people. The richest people dress the poorest. Look for yourself all says 70 and 65 for manicures of past reviews but me 90?? If I could file a report of this I would read more

Went here yesterday to get a full set. The environment is nice, I would give them 5 stars on that alone. Whoever did they interior decorating, did a fantastic job. They also serve alcohol & beverages which is nice. Now on to the service. I'm not impressed with my nails at all. I guess I went to the wrong nail tech, because I seen some of the other nail techs work, and their work was amazing. I asked for a coffin shaped, but the nail tech didn't shaped them well. I will say they are nice & thick, so I know they won't be breaking anytime soon. I was also charged $5 for the length, but they're regular length. My nails were $55(I got full set w/ dip powder), I definitely feel like I overpaid. I guess the next time I go, I know to make an appointment with one of the popular nail techs. read more

So I'm very picky about my nails and I have been getting my nails done for many years and have had great nail technician but I must brag on my girl Vivian. She is so professional and definitely qualified to do nails. Her skill set is impressive and she has a creative eye which is so impressive and meticulous that you leave feeling amazingly about your nails. She gets you!!! Oscar nails is in Plano is fantastic. Terrible customer service. So I call and ask them, "what time today is the best time to come in for acrylic nails with a design?" They tell me 1. I come in at 12:57 pm. I wait 30 mins for them to ask for my design (1:30). I get seated at a chair and no one talks to me again. At 1:50 I get up and cancel my appointment. It's not the fact they took almost an hour, it's the lack of customer service. Their techs do great work, but no one came up to me to tell me what was happening. I don't mind waiting, but they didn't care at all. A simple "hey it's taking longer than what we thought, would u like a water?" Or "it's taking a bit longer than we thought, could you come back at 2?" Nothing. I get art takes a while and they were busy but that's why I called ahead to ask what time was best for them. Went here with my girlfriend and got the Gold Opulence Pedicure with Jenny. She really took her time and the gold was a great experience. The smell and feel is pretty different from the typical lavendar or honey and milk I usually get. I highly recommend! As soon as well walked in customer service was great! This is my most favorite nail salon that I have been to ever! The salon is VERY upscale with a full bar, cocktail menu. I had a the most flavorful frothy pina colada with a shot of pineapple rum , three to be exact, during my salon time. I just came back and Kay? (I think a manager) sat me down and started buffing off the cracking top coat. At this point, every nail was cracking and my right thumb even had some top coat cracked off. He made it smoother, but I was still dissatisfied with how sheer the powder was since the original nail tech only did 2 layers of powder. He then said adding more powder will make it look thick. After talking about other options including a full refund or redoing the set completely, I decided I want to give them another chance to make it right. I chose color 92 by Progen Nails and Vivian redid my nails. She did about 4 coats of powder and filed down my nails very nicely. Let me tell you, Vivian is very gentle. I could tell she was very meticulous. The color is even and smooth, no dents! She told me she has been doing nails for 12 years and I could tell she was very good at what she does. I'm happier with my nails and I'm glad they were willing to fix the problem. I highly recommend Vivian!! Vivian says she does a lot of custom nails so book with her if you are interested. If I was to come back, I will only go to Vivian. read more

This was my first time coming after seeing them a lot on Instagram. I was really excited. I loved when I first walked in, it was very nice inside! I got a full set and a pedicure. I showed my the lady doing my nails a picture and she got the picture on point! Although I could tell she was trying to rush and kept yelling at the guy doing my toes to quit moving me. I asked her to try and fix the unlevel nail file on top of my nails, which took the blue nail polish that was covering the top of my nail off. It just made it worse and didn't fix the problem. You can see how unlevel the tops of my nails were in the pictures. I had to fix these when I got home. The guy that did my toes was very nice and had a nice conversation with him! He helped me match the exact color on my nails too! After everything was done, I get to the front to pay to find out I'm paying $155 without tip. I don't know if it's just me but that's a bit pricey to me. Especially for short nails and the cheapest pedicure they had. I'm not sure if I will return but I do like my nails and toes after fixing them at home. read more

Or offered a beverage, or at the very least, a quick "we will be right with you". The girl who worked the front desk just mumbled in passing "we are busy" after I finally waved her down. Finally, my pedicure was started on after an hour and half of me sitting. Then my BASIC pink and white ombré was started on after that. I was stuck in the nail shop until 9pm! I was the last person leaving and again my appointment was at 6PM and I spent over 200$ here! I expect to be treated a little better than that when I'm spending that kind of money smh. I just moved to the area from another state. I've been searching for a nail salon and came across this one on IG. I am not please. I made an appointment and sent to picture of what I wanted. Long story short, the concept is nice and the colors were of my choosing, however, smh they charge too much and the work doesn't necessarily match the price point. My nails are different lengths and shapes. The polish is uneven. I'm just really annoyed. I went straight to my appointment after working a 12 hour shift, needless to say I was ready to go. By far one of the worst pedicures I've had. The ambiance of the shop is nice, the older woman who did my pedicure was definitely not interested in being at work. Her service wasn't even mediocre it was just all bad. She cut my toenails short, I was fine with that. It was her lackluster effort to ensure that at a minimum she got the shape right since she didn't get the length right that sealed the deal for me, and her as well because she for sure did everything from start to finish like a person who had never quite figured out the process of a good pedicure. Definitely won't be back and wouldn't recommend, looks like they do nice designs on nails maybe not the best for pedicures. This is the only nail salon I've ever been to that has a full bar.. need I say more? I will though. It's so beautifully decorated and makes you feel fancy which I can always appreciate. The first time I came, I had somebody who didn't speak any English at all so he used the wrong color and gave me the wrong shape but I went back because it's close to my house and both times since have been amazing.
