Came to fix a tire that had a nail in it. Since I was here asked the guy to rotate my tires. Technician keeps taking care of other customers while he's working on my truck. Rude!!! My husband doesn't want me to ask why he doesn't finish with my truck first. He says I should not say anything to make sure the guy does the job right. No customer service skills at all. Then to top it off fool could not get one of the caps back on. Responding to your comment. Yes. Of course I understand flats are not always banking hours. My Point is 2 customers came after us after my truck was started on. Those 2 customers left before us. Short staffed or not that is unacceptable. I hope you understand my point. read more

My GF had a nail in her tire and needed it patched up for work in the morning. On a Sunday, this was the only place that was open. Now I like to support local businesses and decided to stop by instead waiting another day to get it fixed. When I arrived I was greeted by Luis who told me it would be $25 to patch the tire. I agreed and waited for an opening. There was a guy before me with a Model Y and had a nail in one of his rear tires. Luis removed the tire and I noticed that the nail was perfectly on the edge of the tire, near the tire wall from the inside. Normally this is a liability and no other large tire shops would even consider patching it. So to the Tesla owner of you reading this review. I would recommend you get a new tire. After the Tesla left, it's time to work on my car. Now I have $200 Rays lugs on my car. I kindly asked Luis if he can try to adjust the speed of the Cordless Impact Gun to Low so it doesn't strip the Aluminum Lugs. He responded and say "Bro it's non adjustable" and proceeds to go at it at full speed and drops the bolts right in front of me. Two of the bolts got stuck on the socket and he just pound it onto the concrete till it came loose, scratching my bolts. The last bolt which had a key got stuck to the bolt and Luis just threw it to the ground and left with the tire. I spent the next few mins with the screwdriver that was left there to get the key out of the bolt. I looked at the Cordless Impact Gun and noticed there are 3 settings on there. The first setting had the words "low" on it. At this point I was upset, but I didn't want to cause a scene with my GF standing next to me. After the tire was patched another guy came to install the tire. He looked around and grabbed the Air Pneumatic Gun. I told this man kindly (even though I'm deeply upset inside) can you please use the Cordless Impact Gun. This man responded, and I'm not making this up. "Oo I don't use the girl gun!" and makes eye contact with my GF. He calls for Luis and says "can you use the girl gun on that car!" Luis grabs the gun and proceeds to install the tire on for me. Surprisingly, he didn't go at it full torque, and didn't get any of the bolts stuck. I paid the man and left. In conclusion if you planning on coming to this shop. Please keep in mind NEVER bring your expensive Wheels, your $200-$300+ Lugs, and expect them to give you proper service. These guys will patch anything at your descretion that is unsafe and can risk your life. Don't bring your GF's here or recommend them to any of your female friends. These worker's are Male chauvinist, they belittle women and very unprofessional! Oscar if this is truly what your company represents. Then GL with staying in business! You NEED to train your workers to respect the customer's request and more importantly to respect women! You're a local business! Do better Oscar. It's truly a shame to experience this from a local business. Ps. I understand that Cordless Impact Guns have no torque settings to adjust Torque. Your worker could of easily set the gun to low and just ease up on the gun to remove the bolts. This would not make any of the bolts stuck and would be a bit better than smacking the Bolts on the concrete floor. read more

I had an accident where I popped my tire. Triple AAA said their service times were about 90 minutes. Thankfully I was able to get my tire changed by a family friend instead. However my spare tire had only so much air to get anywhere. Luckily Oscar's Tires was down the street and they assisted my family and I very quickly. They were very nice and super helpful. I've been coming to Oscar's for a long time. In fact my sister's and cousins and sons too. But last week my son bought back tires for my Jeep and they had 4 tires then, but I didn't have enough at the time to get all four, planning to go back next pay day. Well he went back today with the cash, that was QUOTED when we purchased the back ones, spoke to the same guy and he tried to charge me 40 dollars MORE!!! After asking why he actually called my son an Asshole. My son did call Oscar and explained what was going on, he said he would contact his worker but HE NEVER DID. Found Oscar tires from offer up price was cheap decided to go install. and pacifically I told him to be careful with my rims cost $3000 drove it home sat in my garage for two months decided to lend my rims to my friend and I noticed my rim was damaged from the inside. This is caused by the machine or maybe the worker. as you can see in the picture, it is not caused by dips or driving caused by machine outdated, no plastic protection. While checking out the employee that helped me out informed me that my upcoming rotation would be free just to bring the car back once it was due for a tire rotation. I went back a few days ago and after the rotation the employee said there would be a charge. I explained to him that one of his coworkers had told me that with the purchase of those 4 new tires my upcoming rotation would be FREE.
