First, they are almost impossible to get in touch with -- interminable hold times, and although you can request a call back when it's your turn, they almost never call back. Then when you finally do get them on the phone, they say they'll take care of your problem but never follow through. I've spent *countless* hours over six months trying to get them to fix an incorrect bill, which they acknowledge is incorrect and keep promising to send a revised claim to my insurer but they NEVER follow through. I've had to spend countless hours on this over the past six months having the same conversation over and over again with them, to no avail. It's like Groundhog Day. And all the while they keep bombarding me with past due notices. If I could give zero stars, I would.

In addition to that - and subsequently not even properly diagnosing my allergy - this guy had the gall to charge me a ridiculously high amount for a plastic spacer that the drug salespeople leave with doctors as samples to give to their patients free of charge. He even said, while handing it to me "Here's something for you." only to go and bill my insurance for it! Not only did I already have one and never claimed to need a new one - but I could have gotten it at my pharmacy for no cost if I did need one. That was in addition to a number of other questionable fees and charges that were tacked on to my bill. Shoddy practice, sneaky charges, and no relief from my allergy to boot. I moved right along.

After two weeks of treating my sinus infection with steroids and antibiotics and other sinus related stuff with limited success, we did a camera journey up my snoz to my tonsils. Everything but Raquel Welch (old movie reference)...sorry. Really friendly, focused and took his time for a full background and thorough evaluation. His decision was to treat from the stomach up rather than sinus down, and couple that with my nasal allergy spray. Massive improvement three days in. Grateful for the relief. Thankful for a great medical experience!

I made an appointment 3/31 for an ear infection. I was brought in for a hearing test which I did…read morenot ask for but was given anyway. After that I was brought in to see a physician's assistant who I explained the issue to but did not look at the ear. The doctor who was helpful tried the usual techniques to remove the wax but needed a tool to scrape the extra hard wax from the ear. I paid the deductible in the office and it's 30.00 for all services. I then received a bill for a hearing test which never asked for or requested looking for additional co-payment. I called the billing and told them it was never explained that there was additional charge and that I wanted it removed but they told me a supervisor would call me back. The bottom line is watch your bills this place is a factory for sure and very busy. This kind of move is very shady, and I don't like being charged for something I didn't need or ask for.
