I felt like my apartment had sat abandoned for a long time before I moved in there were a ton of spider webs and bugs all over the doors and patio area. The tub area was not very clean, discolored and previous resident left a huge sticky mess in shower they didn't even attempt to remove. The package room constantly broken and the office lost my packages two different occasions. They have some nasty associates that work in the office. I wasn't even asking for help once and an office personnel inserted herself into my package issue in which I was already contacting the lux team just to tell me she couldn't help me and I would have to figure it out for myself. You can't access half the clubhouse when the office is closed. The maintenance team is nice but I had to request a fix on my dishwasher twice, still didn't work so I washed everything by hand. Grounds crew left garbage overnight on my patio and threw garbage into my empty valet trash can. They never fixed the lighting in the hallways, the stairs were super hazardous, and they would spray chemicals on the concrete without warning to be safe for pets. I don't even cook I could tell you maybe 10 times while I lived there I used the stove or oven and still charged me for drip pans when I moved out. They'll charge you multiple times at moveout for whatever they can find I just was in a dispute with them about fleas well over 60 days after I moved out with no issues and they wanted to charge me again for pet cleaning. They'll say they have guidelines but there are several cats wandering the units and allow people to feed them outside. They have no admin on the resident page where people bully and threaten car towing. Speaking of parking, unless you pay monthly for a spot up front good luck finding anywhere to park near your building. For a majority of the time I lived there they allowed non essential security cars to park closer to the building than residents and half of those cars never moved I have pictures of the same exact cars there for months. And I don't know why anyone has said this is cheaper than anything else nearby I found several cheaper options probably also have better management all within 10 miles of this place. Save yourself the disappointment, keep looking! I have only ever had one good experience with someone in the office willing to go turn my air off when surprise surprise the ac unit froze for the 10th time and no one wanted to come fix it. Overall not the best apartment complex, staff or area I've lived in. Glad it's over if I ever rent again I will be staying away from grayco buildings just from my experience here.

I am deployed a lot and she really stepped up and helped me out with emails and communications while I was waiting for the unit I really wanted. Once the unit appeared she contacted me. There is no other explanation as to why these apartments as so horrible. Let's begin... When we signed the lease to the apartment (which was the first mistake...signing the lease) the housing agent in the office wrote the wrong information on the lease claiming that we were supposed to be in a completely different unit than what where we were set to live. I am genuinely confused as to how the person who does this for a living messed up but I digress. The unit that we were put to live in is...Horrible??...Inhabitable??...Giving us black mold poisoning? The entire unit is built on a slant. Yes, the apartment is not even. You can not hang things on the walls as they hang crooked, the toilet is crooked on the wall, the doors swing shut ALL THE TIME as they are not evenly set in the door frame...why are they not even?? BECAUSE THE HOUSE IS SLANTED! There is not a 90 degree wall in the entire house. It is frustrating. If you place a bottle on the ground it rolls down a slant. Shocking but not the worst. Maybe the worst if you have Vertigo. The walls of the unit are splattered with some type of "design" that makes it look like it popped out of the 80's. Remember when you took your sponge and sponge painted the walls of your childhood bedroom, whoever painted these walls didn't get the hang of it. Instead the walls are textured. You cannot hang things using command strips because the texture prevents anything from hanging. It is truly disgusting. The pattern covers EVERYTHING in the house. Bathrooms, kitchen walls, and even the breaker box which is located in the kitchen. The floors creak like it's a goddam horror movie. Every step you take the wood in the floors make a HORRIBLE noise that can be heard from all through the house. The upstairs closet is right over the master bedroom. With each step I take at whatever hour of the day is heard from below. When we asked maintenance to come and fix the floor, they sent someone in with a staple gun to "repair" the floor. That lasted about 2 months. The bathtub began leaking into the lower level master bedroom. Imagine you are sleeping and there is water from an unidentifiable source begins dripping on your head. Makes me sick just thinking about it. To make matters worse, my family and I have been sick NONSTOP since we moved in here. We could not figure out what was happening. One of my family members when to the hospital and they said that her infection rate was extremely high. I put in maintenance requests WEEKS ago, our toilet and ac are broken and we have called the office. they said they'd call us back with an update. its been 2 weeks and no update and still broken. now the office screens our calls or just coincidentally are out of office or the phones are down. and they also approved us for a 2 bed downgrade just for them to later deny us with no follow up and say they don't do downgrades, just upgrades. which is ridiculous bc most apartments do both. office management both old and new were so rude and don't care about anything but money. and you can hear the upstairs neighbors and everything they do, they leave trash in our backyard every day. we've left reports but nothing. you hear gunshots and constant screaming and cars blaring and people breaking into your house or car at night. when we first moved in we had someone attempt to bust down our door multiple times. never found out who it was but it made our roommate move out. this place sucks and our apartment is never not stinky of some kind of mold no matter how much u try and deep clean. DONT LIVE HERE! also when we moved in every cabinet in the kitchen was broken and they never repaired it. so we cant use any bottom cabinet they are all busted through.

My dryer knob broke one night around 8 PM and I wrote them to inform them, and I had a new dryer by the next morning installed. I have had a great experience with all people I've worked with, especially Kenyetta. The property could be improved esthetically i.e. fence is very poor condition, sometimes there is a lot trash around, broken down cars (which they have been towing out of the property) etc. but the inside of the apartments are very nice and spacious. I also never heard my neighbors and was on the bottom floor. I also wish the property had some type of security or cameras. But overall, it was a great experience, especially because I had a nice grassy backyard that my dog could always enjoy. Also, loved the gym!! They keep adding weights too which is really helpful because at first there wasn't to many variations of weights. Would recommend to a friend if they asked me.
