This was the absolute worst nightmare imaginable for going out to eat. See that menu on their website? DISREGARD EVERYTHING IT SAYS. The employees refused every SINGLE option we attempted to choose for our order. Lamb shawarma? Doesn't exist at Osmow's. Beef? Forget it. Oh, you wanted to order falafel tonight, an inarguable staple of Mediterranean cuisine? Sorry, good luck trying to get that across your plate at this restaurant. The ONLY options we were given were the following: 1. Chicken 2. Rice You heard me. Nothing more, and thankfully (yet not surprisingly) nothing less. I begged for the option of a salad on the side -- my family is from Lebanon and I recently immigrated; my mother's family recipe for Lebanese style salad and all the delicious greens and flavors that comes in it was something I've most definitely been craving the most since my move -- and yet that simple request (after being straight denied me initially) took the authority of THREE managers to determine whether the side salad slapped in big bright letters across their menu was a feasible and obtainable option for me. I was actually SHOUTED AT (and guys I don't use that term to exaggerate or for shock value by any means; he literally bellowed in anger across the counter) for me to "hurry up". They wouldn't take cash (unless you bought a certain amount, which I found interesting) and after we paid for our "meal" (which was a lot more food than intended) they suddenly didn't have any change to pay us back what we were due. Now don't get me wrong; I'm not here complaining after railing these employees with the entitlement of a Karen-esque mentality. That's not in my nature (most actually consider me quite quiet and reserved most of the time). In fact, I think this is actually my first ever Yelp review due to my, on average, very passive manner. If I were to give you an objective view of my approach, it'd be that of a calm and civil customer of this poor excuse of a restaurant. However, after later considering the disgusting behaviors and overall abominable experience of both eating and ordering from Osmow's, I decided the public ought to be aware of what kind of culturally offensive and financially burdensome disaster you'd be swamped in by coming here. I REPEAT: SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE. TLDR: recklessly sloppy presentation (the togo box we were given WAS NOT EVEN CLOSED, leaving almost my entire meal dumped into the brown paper sack), TWO meal options (if you don't want either chicken or rice and absolutely nothing else, you'll be out of luck), disrespectful degradation by the employees to the customers, mistrustfully inflated prices that highly divert from menu prices, and one of the poorest made Mediterranean dishes I've ever experienced (and I'm from the region). Maybe 3.5 stars, not really a fan. The food is ok, we tried a shawarma, Osmows special, shawarma poutine and chicken rox. For the wrap, no point ordering the large or super - they just throw an extra pita over it with not extra stuff - Carb overload. Not the best shawarma in town after Barakat/Tahini, Paramount and maybe Dooleys. The server couldn't answer any questions. Asked the difference between the tawook, shawarma or kebab.. they said: "I don't know, I don't eat here"!!! Hopefully its because they're vegan and not because she saw a rat in the place. This food is terrible! I bought a chicken shawarma box with grilled veggies instead of rice..I don't even know how to explain this. The fatoush salad..zero flavour, the grilled veggies are what appear to be a frozen veggie blend of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. The garlic is also flavourless. I love love LOVE their chicken on the rox combo! The chicken is always juicy, tender and flavorful! I've made it a weekly ritual!! Definitely will keep going back for more again and again, and LOVE that I can order on either SkipTheDishes or UberEATS if I don't want to leave the house :) and it's still just as good as if I had gotten it there! It's worse than you could possibly imagine. Expensive, bland, frozen food. The Caesar Salad was iceberg lettuce with toasted crisps and the cheapest possible pre-made Caesar salad dressing on top. All the signs say "Fresh" and the TVs show delicious food being cooked. Not true. The vegetables in my entre were literally the kind you get from a No-Name bag of frozen veggies: waffle-cut carrots, pre-frozen white cauliflower, the whole bit. Their hot sauce is pretty decent, and the spice the put in the entre, but everything else was unseasoned while cooking, dumped together at the last moment, drenched in dressing, and seasoned at the very last step. It's very bland. The owner is very nice, and he gave me a free soda because it was my first time, but the entre cost $20. $20 for that? And no drink? The ambience is terrible, too. I have given This restaurant three tries all three times I have been very disappointed the first try was a long time ago I ordered a chicken Shawarma and I was disappointed with my wrap it was not hot enough and it seemed rather dry with the lettuce not crispy it was very limp. This time I went in and ordered a felafel I love extra sauce I asked for sauce on my felafel and I wanted extra sauce on the side I asked two or three times and was met with a nod and confirmation. The employee asked so you don't want any sauce on the falafel? I said no I love the sauce I want lots of sauce on my felafel please also can I please have extra sauce on the side. When I got home there was no sauce on my felafel and the only thing that was on the side was a container full of pickles. Very disappointing and horribly dry. Still craving a felafel with wonderful sauce a few days later I tried one last time. I ordered myself the same felafel with extra sauce and sauce on the side it was very disappointing when blood is called felafel I also ordered a chicken Shawarma for my roommate which I took a picture of it was slimy and an edible very disappointed won't go there again I saw lots of other people getting stuff that wasn't robs that looked appetizing but considering I love wraps I will be going there again not for wraps and the employees act like they understand what you're saying and then serve you something completely different than what you've asked for an agreed-upon read more

I and my partner eat here maybe 5x already because we really liked the chicken on the rocks!! Luckily we would just park at the pay parking area and dine in because we want to enjoy the food! Today at 9pm, unfortunately, the ticket officer just left a notice of parking violation in our car. My main issue is I hope the manager give the customers free parking because I notice there are a lot of customers going to and from the restaurant and I rarely see people dining in. I went back inside and talked to the guys in the counter about what happened and that was the main issue since before, the restaurant has no parking space for customers and the manager does not care about it!!!!! We are international students and we keep on recommending the place to our friends because of the food, I hope the management will implement action on this and give us free parking space to dine in and enjoy the food!!!!!!!
