    Thirty years. That's how long Fellini has been around. It's like a grandma that waves to you from her window as you pass by her house. Comforting and familiar. It's been a spell since I'd been so the suggestion to go before the theatre was jumped on. We went for lunch today. Only one other table so it was nice and Bill was attentive and chatty. He did almost forget our coffees but then he didn't put them on the bill, so no worries. I had the Runt "Club" which was roasted chicken, green apple slaw, panko crusted brie, smoked ham on a soft roll. Panko. Crusted. Brie. Yes. Please. Such a delightful mix of flavours. A bit of crunch with the apple held up to the ham and chicken. And that brie just tied it all together. So yummy. I would recommend giving it a few minutes to all melt together as the chicken is in bits not a breast so you get pieces tumbling out. My side Caesar salad was a good compliment. Dessert just had to be the carrot cake after he said pineapple was involved and it was a great end to a very good lunch. I wanted to order at least 3 sandwiches on the menu, which I call a win for intriguing variety.

    Wow! This restaurant makes me feel sad now. It used to be something special but now the food seems so utterly crushed by cream sauces. I looked at the menu on line and it is altogether different than the menu present for dinner. My girl and I had several pastas for a Thursday night dinner. My girl had Linguini Carbonara; I had a variation of a Sausage Rigatoni made with chorizo. Both were big plates of blah. And, actually, I thought the protein was ground beef, not chorizo. The appetizer was a big loss too. I should have read the menu more closely. I figured snails would be done simply in the classic way: butter, garlic, and parsley. Nope, it was all drowned in another cream sauce. Maybe it's been a long season. Or maybe the restaurant has lost its way. Our server (Rachel) seemed to be going through the motions, with a personality like a turnip. It's bad when you are presented with miserable food by a really delightful server. That wasn't the case here. There are better places in Stratford than this. This is like a big block of expired Velveeta.

    Down a side street in London's down town district across from Victoria Park you find this little house half way down the street. With a small patio in the front and a very nice atmosphere you get to enjoy a simple yet delicious meal. I came here today with my family and we had a few items on the menu which was a good sample of what was to offer. The Mediterranean Salad was excellent with just the right amount of dressing and not over powering. The pizza was thin crust as advertised but I believe they are premaid so a small disappointment. But the pizza was done well. Veg, and flavours were great. The pastas were a mix bag. The seafood pasta was a winner and so was the plain spaghetti and sauce. The fettuccine alfredo was so so and was not very authentic in taste or consistency. It was more like a roux sauce with some cheese. When it got cold it became very hard and thick. The beer and wine selection was excellent with a very reasonable price point. The menu has some confusing elements that mixed Asian with Italian, bar wings and classic Italian. The service is great and I had a great time. A good stop in London, Ontario. Enjoy this place as a good stop in London.

    I may have found my favourite restaurant in London. I'm in London for school so I don't eat out often but I came here for a social gathering and it was amazing. They had these menu sets where you can get an appetizer and main course for one price. There were SO many different options!!! I started off with the brie and had a lobster linguine. Brie- it was like bruschetta minus the tomatoes and mozzarella. It was 3 pieces of bread with a thick slab of nice brie. They didn't skimp out on the cheese thats for sure! It was incredibly nicely toasted and the brie was slightly melted just as I liked because there was still some texture! There was a sweet reduction sauce on it and it complemented the cheese very well. Lobster Linguine- very clean taste and not so heavy and rich. Good pieces of lobster. The ambience was so romantic and I highly recommend this place for a date night!

    We love pasta and happen to be pretty darned good at cooking it for ourselves - so it is rare for us to spend money at an Italian restaurant. But a lazy Saturday lunchtime is the mother of all excuses to try something new. We went in with low expectations and were pleasantly surprised. The server was very friendly and did a great job engaging our nine year old. He pointed out some of the house specialties and we followed his advice. I tried Lobster Fettuccine, my wife had a smoked chicken pasta and our daughter had spaghetti. All our pastas were cooked a perfect al dente and very fresh and flavourful. We were the only people in the place, but I can imagine the vibe being pretty great at the height of the dinner rush. We'll be back at dinner, which will help us decide if we've found a restaurant that rivals our home cooking.

    Now that I have a few visits to Fellini Koolini's under my belt, I'm able to give it a solid review. The decor is a step higher from East Side Mario's. With the bottles hanging from the ceiling and the old Hollywood paintings on the wall, it has a darker, classier feel, but still casual. The service was good. The waiter forgot the wine that one of us ordered but he had a fun personality which made up for it. I didn't like the breadsticks and the oil on the table. I'd love a bread that would soak it up, instead you just kind of roll the stick around in the oil. It just didn't seem to go together. They have a deal on their menu where you can get an app and an entree for $22 or $26. I ordered the roasted chicken spring rolls. They tasted good but I noticed the huge amount of dough that it was wrapped in. The outside was crispy and flakey but there was a lot of moist dough inside. They could have used a lot less and it would have went a long way. For the entree I got the Asiago Chicken Penne. I was pretty underwhelmed with this. The chicken was cooked perfectly and was tasty but the sauce had a really strong onion taste from the shallots. It overwhelmed the entire dish and I really didn't enjoy it much at all. Plus I finished it in about 3 minutes because there wasn't much to begin with. I had a similar experience when I got a ravioli special in the past. I was not full and was disappointed by the serving size. I'd return to Fellini's if a friend suggested it but I don't think I would go back on my own. I would try the pizza, it looked pretty yummy.

    Its an ok restaurant that is trying to be higher class. I'm not sure. Not entirely sold on it. --- Food --- Food was average. Nothing stood out to me. The lobster fettuccini I ordered was served with angel hair pasta instead. Not really sure how you mix that up.... the calamari was alright. A little bit chewy. --- Service --- They are either understaffed or slow. Can't decide. Maybe a bit of both. They're relatively friendly. --- Overall --- Went for the Tuesday date night. Its 19.99 for a pasta or pizza and a glass of wine. The pasta selection is mediocre. The wine selection wasn't great. Most likely wouldn't go back. Would rather travel to Toronto for good Italian.. london seems to keep falling short.

    I've been to Fellinis before for drinks. This is my first time for dinner. Went with a group of ladies I work with before attending paint nite upstairs. I had "taste of Italy" which was a menu with a starter and a main course for $22 (also had a $26 option). I choose the trio dip for my starter and the sirloin tip fettuccini with pesto and mushrooms for my main. The trio dip was good, I really enjoyed the roasted red pepper dip and the Asiago artichoke dip, the spinach/garlic/Parmesan was ok, felt like it was missing something. I liked the pita it was served with but could have done without the toasted garlic cheese sticks. The main course was an appropriate portion size, not huge. The sirloin was well cooked and tender and the pesto gave it flavour without being oily. Overall good meal, I'd go bad for sure.

    First of all, they sent me the wrong meat in my food. I asked for chicken and it smells and looks…read morelike some sort of pork. The reason I say looks like, because there was so, so much fat and grizzle on the meat that you could not tell. I specifically asked for more rice than meat because I really don't like any of their meat (at least the chicken is somewhat edible). They normally fill at least 1/2-3/4 bowl full of rice. I didn't even get 1/4 rice, which was sitting in a bed of oil, because of the grizzled pork they sent me. So they piled that disgusting meat on top of it. I was allowed to get 4 toppings of cabbage, so I chose that. I'm lucky if I got 2 out of the 4. Then top it all off, delivery driver didn't even ring our bell, he just dropped off the food on the porch and left because we had prepaid by credit card. Food was cold when we found it

Tahini's needs to forget…read morethis nonsense about blueberry shawarma and silly flavours and focus on what it did best which was good traditional shawarma and falafels. The wraps now are skimpy, filling is less than 1/2 of what used to be, falafel now is rock hard and greasy (and they forgot the tahini). Please bring back original Tahinis.

The chicken kebab we had was juicy, the hummus was smooth and delicious, and the yellow, herbed rice was really excellent. But the chicken shwarma was a bit dry, and a couple of the pieces on the end were downright tough. The portions are a good size; my guy and I were able to split a plate, supplemented with an extra kabob. But here's the downside of Shawarma Shop, and why I probably won't be back any time soon: I had a really hard time communicating with the staff, and they charged me the wrong amount. The menu clearly states that you can add an extra skewer of any meat for $4. I ordered shwarma, and asked for an extra skewer of kofta. The guy behind the counter seemed not to understand what I was asking, and kept shaking his head no. Finally, the other employee in the store said, "Okay." But instead of kofta, I was given a chicken kebab (shish tawouk). When the counter guy was giving me toppings, I asked for radishes, and pointed to the pickled radishes. He didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, and attempted to give me every other topping before finally giving me the radishes. I was then charged the price of a sandwich ($5.10) instead of an extra skewer ($4). I pointed this out, and after a bit of confusing back and forth they changed the price. I've eaten in a lot of restaurants where there are language barriers-- both in non-English speaking countries, and in non-English speaking establishments in LA. But usually, saying the proper name of the food you want to order is enough to get your message across, which is why I was surprised to run into so many difficulties. Also, they were out of beef shawarma when I visited on a Sunday night; you might want to go earlier in the day to ensure everything is in stock.
