They are extremely thorough in their exam and made us feel comfortable throughout. Once we had the new prescription, we went to their optical department. Wow - their prices are higher than expected. Well, it's been 11 days and with 4 follow ups emails later and no contact from Mr John D. or anyone else with Tabak. It's clear to me they don't care about the customer after the sale. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Tabak as a good neighbor. I actually still have the glasses case saying "NIKE" and the stupid spritz bottle for lense cleaning . This establishment is a sham. They don't care about their customers or repeat business. Go to a strip mall eyeglass place. Tabak sucks!

Dr. Tabak and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Tabak also sold me glasses that I needed and did not try to upcharge me for what I did not need. Dr. Tabak has plenty of glasses options to choose from too and the turnaround time for the glasses was very quick. I will definitely be back for future eye exams.

Appointment was at 10:30 10:30-10:45 waited to be seen 10:45-10:55 brought into the first room and I spoke w/ a very knowledgeable lady. 10:45-11:52 sent to a back waiting area which had no seats available. 11:52-11:59 sent to another patient room waiting for my doctor. 11:59-12:04 saw my doctor and expressed my dissatisfaction w/ sitting for over an hour waiting to which his assistant notified me that I should allocate 2 hours for each appointment. The doctor suggested I try to take an appointment at the beginning of the day. I will try their Arlington Heights facility once but if it's like this I'll sadly have to find a new doctor. If you value your time, I would sadly have to steer you to someone who appreciates your time as much as you do.
