The only option given to me was they took a double deposit, well more than the cost of the walker I rented. in this day and age of credit card fraud I am appalled at their lack of care for people's credit card information. I understand about keeping it on file but in doing so they need to assume a level of responsibility in caretaking and safekeeping of that data. if they do not want to invest in software a low tech solution is a lock drawer. Also thumbs down on impark who runs the parking lot - I was required to pay for 1.5 hours for literally 15 minutes. The pay station does not allow you to purchase less time.

I have the email for proof and photos, will post those at a later date. they will say the chair was a demo, but the arm rest was new, that's what I was told, and put on by someone at sunquest. the $450 cushion started falling apart with a few months, i was told that was new as well.

Felt no pressure to purchase things I didn't need. Even discussed things I could borrow instead of purchasing. They would help me out there. I decided to purchase most of my list because these are things I may need again one day or can lend to family / friends. (walker, crutches etc) Service was 100%.

No wonder Pharmasave hasn't bit into the prescription market in the area. Not only are they efficient, they are also probably they nicest people I have come across in my pharmacy travels. Always a smile, a greeting and a goodbye. They don't have a lot of other items there but they have the basic stuff most people will need. I did get a chance to walk around and take a look at the store. It sells medical supplies like wheel chairs, special potty, cane and etc. This is also a pharmacy so you can fill your prescription here if needed too. Parking is a bit of a pain. It is not connected to Metrotown and is a building on the side of Metrotown but share the same parking lot. I had a tough time finding a parking space and it was somewhat annoying. The people there were friendly.
