I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to record ANYTHING. I had no expectations when booking the space, I just saw that the response time was 40 minutes. Sure enough, the owner responded to me very quickly, I booked my session for the next day and I was set. Prior to arriving, I texted back and forth with Glenn and he made sure that I had absolutely everything that I would need to record my video for YouTube. He set me up, have me instructions and told me, 'you're going to leave with a good video.' He was correct and I did. The space exceeded my expectations. Best studio to rent out. We used the place for three days. Throughout filming it was clean, had lots of room and was very easy (and super comfortable!!!) to shoot in. It also had great acoustics and the personnel were complete lifesavers. First day we arrived an hour late to setup and only had about an hour left, if we were going to stay on schedule. Glenn and Michael wasted no time giving us advice on camera placement, lighting, and letting us know where to get everything we needed. Loved this studio and the lay out. Everything was spacious and the building itself was easy to find. I really like that they have full bathrooms and kitchenette for long shoot days. The studio I was in comfortably allows for a small team of up to 5-7 people depending on your project. My only concern is the poor lighting in the vanity areas. As a makeup artist and hair stylist having an evenly lit room and proper lighting temperature makes a huge difference. The lighting is incredibly warm and makeup requires daylight lighting around 5,500-6000. Other than that I definitely recommend this space. read more

My photographer was unable to be ready in time for my graduation pictures and I looked for a few on Yelp. And thank god Glenn responded (very quickly). He literally spent almost 30 minutes in the consultation via telephone to see what I wanted, needed, and my circumstances (weather, ambiance, etc.). He truly cared about my vision and needs being met and not simply imposing his vision on my own (putting me in a studio, etc.). More Pro's Than Con's: Overall the place is very accurate to it's online photos and description. It was clean, spacious enough, nice green room, and parking was wonderful! The outdoor area was nice as well if you're having a meal or shooting even. On the flip side the green room is not private (it's see thru glass) but there is a bathroom/dressing area and that space is pretty limited. The staff was really friendly but was in and out of the dressing room which made it feel less like a rental and more of a shared space. Towards the end of the shoot he was moving around, cleaning, in and out of the studio, etc. It made the last hour quite distracting. I'd rent again and maybe just have that conversation in the beginning, overall I give it a solid 4 stars! read more

Unlike other places I've shot at, you can tell they want to make sure whoever films in their studio feels comfortable. I had a great vibe when I met Albert cause he was sincere in his accomodation and his gregarious demeanor made me want to do business with him. The day came when we were to shoot and I met Glenn.
