I knew nothing about them but hoped they would be reliable and scheduled a ride from Jackson to Sacramento Airport. Not only did Fred show up on time, he had chilled bottles of water ready for me and carried and stowed my luggage. We both wore masks and talked a bit but he was considerate enough to give me privacy when I began texting. He was polite and professional in his appearance and demeanor the entire trip. The shuttle van was very clean and comfortable and the AC had rear seat vents which were heaven. The cost was also very very reasonable. Throughout our entire interaction, TLC was courteous, professional, helpful, flexible, and kind. Luke, the owner, asked relevant questions to learn about my specific needs. He confirmed the trip 24 hours prior and assured me everything was in place. When the medical facility later modified the arrival time, Luke cheerfully accommodated the last-minute change without any difficulty. Randy, the driver, picked me up right on time in a specially marked van and made the trip to and from San Francisco very pleasant with friendly conversation. Randy spared no effort to make sure the trip went smoothly -- he parked at the facility's front door and accompanied me through the check-in procedure, introduced himself to the medical staff, and made sure they had his contact information.
