On my fourth trip back to find out what exactly was going on, John Bogart, the manager, said to me, "Well leave it here again and we'll see what we can do." NO! NO! NO! I then took it to Susquehanna Auto Repair and had it repaired for $78 dollars. The light has never come on since. MONSER BROTHERS is the epitome of a RIPOFF!

I checked all my tires and at first all of them looked good, the TPMS in the Honda CRV 2016 EXL, only lights up and lets you know there is a loss of pressure from the tires. I started by checking the pressure with my tire gauge for all 4 tires, eventually finding the culprit to be my rear right passenger tire with a 2 inch screw which was actually not all the way into the tire. Oddly, i was on my way from Binghamton University and I had previously check my tires the day before. Anytime I take a trip that is greater than 100 miles, i always do a visual inspection of the tires and I also recalibrate the air pressure to maximize my MPG. So finding a screw embedded in the tire was upsetting but clearly unavoidable. When i got out at exit 84 off 17 East, i made a run to the gas station but they do not repair flats, instead my wife looked up a Napa Auto parts store and I walked in to ask if they could help. The attendant at the store sent me down the block to a repair shop and they were able to plug the tire without even taking the tire out. It took about 15 minutes as they removed the screw, the repair person showed it to me and he immediately plugged the tire as I watch. I paid him $20, as I paid cash! Greatly appreciated that they help me and that it was a quick fix. They were quick, friendly and efficient.

After changing her oil, charging her several hundred dollars, and sending her on her way... she went to someone else. Her wheel was literally about to fall off because the wheel bearing was so bad, they said her tires had never been rotated, and I honestly would be surprised if her oil had even been changed. Way to take advantage of an elderly woman. Shame on you. DO NOT GO HERE!!
