"But don't worry, we didn't charge you anything". Not only did they waste my time where I could have been using the car they were just very unprofessional. I have found them to be a very honest shop and the work they have done on my vehicles has been excellent. While I try to plan ahead and make an appointment - it is a very busy shop, I have also rolled in right before a road trip to do some maintenance, and had trucks towed to them that needed significant work. I've had frame repair done, also a great job. Customer service here is really good, and these folks have taken care of me in a pinch and worked things out every time, so I am a long term customer for sure. The next day it smelt like a stale ashtray. The smell was so bad, it exacerbated an asthma flair ruining our Christmas plans. The next day Jamie told me they usually run an air purifier before returning the vehicles. Since they had mine so long they wanted to get it back to me. NYS allows two 15 minute breaks and lunch break. Nobody should have been smoking in or near my car during repairs. It took 24 hours of running an ozone generator, 3 hours of cleaning, and numerous air fresheners to get my car back to normal. Unacceptable
