The next day it smelt like a stale ashtray. The smell was so bad, it exacerbated an asthma flair ruining our Christmas plans. The next day Jamie told me they usually run an air purifier before returning the vehicles. Since they had mine so long they wanted to get it back to me. NYS allows two 15 minute breaks and lunch break. Nobody should have been smoking in or near my car during repairs. It took 24 hours of running an ozone generator, 3 hours of cleaning, and numerous air fresheners to get my car back to normal. Unacceptable
