"And we only take cash or check" I was at work at the time making it very inconvenient. When I picked up my car it smelled like over powering air freshener. The next day it smelt like a stale ashtray. The smell was so bad, it exacerbated an asthma flair ruining our Christmas plans. The next day Jamie told me they usually run an air purifier before returning the vehicles. Since they had mine so long they wanted to get it back to me. NYS allows two 15 minute breaks and lunch break. Nobody should have been smoking in or near my car during repairs. It took 24 hours of running an ozone generator, 3 hours of cleaning, and numerous air fresheners to get my car back to normal. Unacceptable

We broke down on I-88 in Worcester, Ny, 0n one of the hottest days so far this year. After waiting…read more2 hours for AAA to respond we gave up and called 911. They contacted "Approved Towing" of Oneonta and they were there in about an hour. We need to tires for our Camper trailer due to the fact they both blew out at the same time. "Approved" went to get the tires and rims, all mounted, and came out with them in about 1 hour. Shortly there after we were on our way. "THANKS AGAIN APPROVED Towing". Great guy to work with, Definitely recommend if you need help. Price wasn't bad given the circumstances.
