Othoniel might be the best service person I've ever worked with! Hire him and his team for all your junk removal needs! I submitted a quote request Sunday night and received a response Monday morning. We spoke on the phone to discuss details, and he provided a quote based on photos I sent him. His quote was comparable to others I received, but Othoniel was definitely the friendliest and the most prompt. He was able to come the same day. He texted me to let me know he was on his way, and he arrive early in the window he initially quoted. We had them clear out some old furniture and empty cardboard moving boxes (which they broke down), and we also had them disassemble and remove a large outdoor pergola. They actually found a few items in a nightstand we were throwing away, and they made sure to give them to me rather than just throwing them out. After they cleaned out the garage items, they actually swept the whole garage which I wasn't expecting - it was so nice of them to take that extra step to ensure we had a clean garage! Othoniel and his crew were so friendly and kind - can't say enough good things! They were reliable, prompt, efficient, clear in communication, and courteous, and their prices are definitely fair.
